What do you like best about Mo?

Mo has recently been introduced at our workplace & it has exceeded all of our expectations. It's so easy to nominate someone & much more streamlined for Managers to approve the rewards than our previous system. I like how many options there are when it comes to spending your rewards. What do you dislike about Mo?

I can't really think of any downsides to Mo from what I've seen so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is so much easier to nominate your colleagues & so much quicker for Management to approve the rewards- with our old system we sometimes had to wait weeks for our vouchers to come through but Mo is pretty instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

The rewards you can receive and the variety of places you can spend them. It's is also cool to be able to look at what others are doing and reward them for the hard work and or things they are doing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I have found that MO creates a great way to give feedback and recognition to others - it makes you feel great to give awards out to others, and to receive them yourself. A great way to boost self-esteem within the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

It would be great if there were more places to spend vouchers as the options you have are quite limited. I have noticed that recently there have been more places added so hopefully the retailers will carry on increasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

There are lots of stores to choose from to spend your Mo credits and it is very easy to use. I like how we can still reward our colleagues whilst working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
