What do you like best about Mo?

If we or I won, I can honestly say that money is the best source of motivation thru Mo. The upsides are compensation, appreciating someone's effort and boosting morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I can't name any downsides or dislikes with regards to Mo honestly. We can recognize people in a short period, and it is very accessible to all employees. I personally love Mo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, we are all experiencing not only work stress but also outside the company. Through Mo, we have a chance to recognize individuals, and it can make a change once he reads our recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it when I get a monetary reward or get a mention but if I'm busy I don't have time to browse on Mo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
