What do you like best about Mo?

Very user friendly - easy to navigate and highlight performance of individuals. We use every time we want to champion hard work, it easily allows a shoutout and reward to be attached all in one. I cannot speak to the ease of implementation/ integration into the company or the customer support as I am not an admin and did not set this service up, whowever it is widely and often used in our company. What do you dislike about Mo?

What do you like best about Mo?

It enables and rewards recognition and celebration of team and individual successes. It's engaging, easy to use, you can use it in you everyday work routine. It has been very well integrated with our current social network so when you enter it, you can easily access Mo, making it easy to use every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I don't like the amount of notifications, you get lost among them and it's not obvious where to silent them. Also, it's another place for distractions of work, which is a bit ironic because it is supposed to improve motivation and productivity, so it must be used in moderation and leveraging natural context switches. What do you like best about Mo?

It's a very inspiring, motivating app that makes you feel part of a community instead of just an employee.

I like to login at least once a week just to see what people around the globe are doing inside the company.

It's easy and simple, the moments feature I believe it's very nice, it helps improve the community.

I haven't had any issues with it yet, but I have the impression that the customer support and attention is good.

What do you like best about Mo?

I like that as a company we can share our achievements and memories online. I like that its easy to use and you can learn more about people within your workplace, it makes it feel more personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Great to recognise the people that I work with. We use it at all levels of our business. I work in lots of different locations and with lots of different departments, so it is a great way for me to shout out those people I work with.

I love being able to see what others are up to as well and comment on their posts as well.

It is super easy to use!

You can tag colleagues so they are notified of the recognition.

We have a reward pot attached which means we can send extra recongition to our colleagues.

What do you like best about Mo?

There's a fantastic range of suppliers to choose from when cashing in your rewards.

Vouchers are created instantly, so there's no long processing times to get your rewards.

The rewards you give to your colleagues are also handed out instantly, and they are sent a seperate email notifcation to easily let them know they've been tagged in a Mo.

I like that social features, like emojis and GIFs, have been added to personalise your messages when giving Mo's.

It's also really handy that you have the option to make your Mo public or private, as sometimes you want to shout out a colleague for the whole business to see, but sometimes it's a private moment between colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I don't like the multiple steps you have to go through in order to reward your colleagues. The ease of use could be improved by simply allowing users to @ their colleagues in order to both tag them and allocate them a reward, but currently we have to find them in the tag list to allocate a reward, and then @ them in the post to add them to the post.

I would also love to see a feature where we can see who we have given previous months Mo's to. It's hard to keep track of which colleagues we've rewarded in the past which sometimes means we end up rewarding the same people over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm only a user, so can't really speak for what business problem this is solving, but the emplyee recognition is how this is benefiting me. Not just allowing me to recognise and reward my colleagues when they've helped me or done great work, but also as a boost to my confidence and sese of accomplishment when I get a Mo from my colleages.
