What do you like best about Mo?

Overall its a good platform for showing recognition and appreciation to collegues. I likethe fact that you can see howmany birthdays or work aniversaries are on that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

One thing that it doesn't have and I would have liked would be to be able to search for the kind of gift card based on category for instance restaurant or supermarket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

It's very easy to use and a nice thing for colleagues to receive. It's also nice to see what is happening around the company. I think it's come far since the initial start up as it was met with hesistation when our SGN way awards were taken from us (which were super easy to use) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I think there needs to be more awards - the on the spot awards are good but I feel there should be more choices (such as a half day or day off to say thank you for your hard work) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think recognition has come far. It's nice to be able to give a shout out for someone doing amazing work or even just a thank you to someone for helping. What do you like best about Mo?

Easy to negotiate around the site. Great format with a fresh social media feel to it. I like that you can add emojis, pictures and GIF's. It always adds a boost to the day either receiving or sending a Mo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
