What do you like best about Mo?

I love this rewards platform, as it allows employees to show appreciation for each other. The platform helps to increase employee engagement, I especially like how the system picks up special moments like colleagues' work anniversary with the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've not experienced any problems with Mo. I enjoyed using Mo over the festive period in December as my department organised 12 days of Christmas Advent Calender with various competitions on the lead-up to Christmas. The winners of each day of the Christmas Advent Calender won Mo credit, which allows the credit to be turned into gift vouchers for various retailers. This incentive rewarded and made me feel appreciated as an employee, especially over Christmas, as I was lucky to win over 2 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is very rewarding and easy to use. It is a great way of getting feedback on work, as well as thanking colleagues for work they have done/covered for you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing - I think it is fine as it is, though one idea might be to allow people to earn Mo rewards in more ways - perhaps companies could have the ability to list online courses/skills objectives with a potential Mo reward to incentivise employees? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mo is solving the problem of how to reward employees in a satisfying and efficient way - this is benefitting me as an employee, as I feel rewarded for the work I do and the feedback I get from colleagues. What do you like best about Mo?
