What do you like best about Mo?

I honestly used this app for almost 2 months now and I can not find a single thing a dislike about it. Does what it should do with no problems! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Besides how simple and easy it is to use (adding colleagues, pics, gifs or colour schemes), it is an excellent tool for acknowledging and celebrating the good things! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

It might be possible, but i wish i could filter down the list of colleagues i see, to certain people in my team / immediate circle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Ease of use, a friendly chatbot, good features like the rewards system, nicely laid out.

I think it's a well-tested user interface because everyone seems to like it. We've certainly noticed the ease of adoption in our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Too many email notifications (though that might be a company-specific setting). There are also many notifications on the user interface from people liking comments. I'm not interested in whether people like comments so much as when they've made one themselves, so a greater ability to adjust the notifications would be good. What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

People are getting recognised on a regular basis now. It means there now is a platform for recognition when before you might get a quiet thank you or a nod at best, but it didn't feel like recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

What I like about Mo is that it gives people the chance to get recognized even from the most unexpected sides. This stimulates us all to work better but also to be better people. Being able to recogize and respect others' skills and personalities is the first step of a better working ethics or even better society. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mo is connecting employees even from different departments and makes connections stronger, as sometimes we don't even have the vaguest idea that our work was being noticed by others, who aren't directly linked to it. It helps teams work better with each other, increases motivataion and supports us in developing better working ethics and even friendships. It gives us a sense of belonging.
