What do you like best about Mo?

The ease of use is my favourite pro! Mo allows me to quickly praise a colleague or communicate something important. What do you like best about Mo?

The best part is to know about people with similar interests in your organization that you wouldn't normally know about. Plus, it's really good to see that ever since Mo, people are getting recognized at the company level, and not just at the team or business unit levels for their excellent work. What do you dislike about Mo?

Profile page UI can be improved a little. For example, a kebab menu opens just one option to edit profile, which could have been a button with the label Edit Profile in the first place. Other similar minor pitfalls, otherwise, awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I would like to say Mo is very useful in keeping the work spirit up and recieving valuble messages from managers praising myself and my team mates for our hard work, Also I am very greatful for the quick access to my rewards and being able to use them straight away with no fuss. What do you like best about Mo?

I like how easy Mo is to use, logging in is made super easy even for older guys like myself that aren't too savy with apps and pages. It also has a lot of great information on it and allows you to shout out other peoples great work and can also be rewarded generously on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I don't think there is too much I dislike about the app apart from that I think it is used as much as it should be and I'm not sure if it's other folk find it harder to use than others, it could maybe have a easy to use guide for others that struggle to the point they don't use it. I know of guys that havent really claimed their Christmas gift vouchers because they don't know how to use the page, I've helped as much folk as I can when it has came to this. What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it solves issues of where folk in the workforce don't feel appreciated enough for their hard efforts. It can make an employee's day to see they have been acknowledged for their hard work without even a reward at the best of time. The gift cards are just a bonus Id say. What do you like best about Mo?

the rewards and shout outs. You can really show how much you appreciate people and reward them remotely. Its difficult working from home to show / know how much you appreciate/or are appreciated, as had i have been in the office I would have offered them a drink or some lunch to show them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
