I think the ease of using MO is the biggest benefit. It has a very clear interface, and encourages you to raise 'Mo' awards for your colleagues. The fact it doesn't take long to do is a real benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No fault of Mo, but I don't think our department utilises it as often as it should. Would be great if more could be done to reach out to department heads with statistics on which department raised and received the most awards in a month, and which raised and received the least.
