What do you like best about Mo?

I really enjoy Mo because it lets you interact with all of the people you work with and everyone can see the feedback. It's such a nice way to ensure we are giving feedback :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is actually nothing I don't enjoy! I really do love the function of the boosts and think that this is such a great forum! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I can share small and big achievements and make a colleague or my entire team feel special & motivated, and it's a great way to recognize them and let them know that we care for our employees.

It's a great space to know what's happening within the organization and how it is doing. It presents the picture as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

We started using it a couple of months ago and found nothing concerning. Will share anything that comes across or need improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recognizing someone through email seems obsolete. Mo is helping us reach out to the entire organization and let them know about the great work an individual and your team is doing.

What do you like best about Mo?

I think the ease of using MO is the biggest benefit. It has a very clear interface, and encourages you to raise 'Mo' awards for your colleagues. The fact it doesn't take long to do is a real benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

No fault of Mo, but I don't think our department utilises it as often as it should. Would be great if more could be done to reach out to department heads with statistics on which department raised and received the most awards in a month, and which raised and received the least. Anything to encourage more rewards to be handed out would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employees often go the extra mile with what they do, whether it's making time for someone elses emergency, covering for someone on short notice, being proactive, or 'acting up' - and it's not to show recognition of that, even better when you can recognise them by way of a gift.
