What do you like best about Mo?

Win money, award colleagues for helping out. Build strong teams with the ability to award colleagues with money vouchers for online shops. Mark key events with memorable photos and get the whole team involved ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was hard to setup at first, but once setup it's a breeze ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

It has a very simple interface and friendly UI. This makes it very easy to celebrate people's accomplishments and highlighting colleagues work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It'll be interesting to see if we can link accomplishments with goals of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The method we used to have to nominate colleagues had a quite a bit of friction. Mo has resolved this by always keeping us logged in and having the 'Has anybody made you feel supported?' feature rigth at the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

That it is possible to both recognised your colleagues and for others to see and celebrate that at that same time. Whether it is something small or a particularly notable achievement, it creates a culture of celebrating success and sharing that outwardly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there are any downsides of Mo, from my perspective. It is a well-intended and received platform to share all things good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improving company culture and enabling recognition and reward of those that positively contribute to the company's culture and success. What do you like best about Mo?

I love the little token of monthly appreciation you can share with colleagues, it's a great way to build on or create a bond, especially after working on a particularly tough or stressful project together. The range of places you can spend the credit is also really great and it's very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue I have is remembering to assign my monthly credit, I often forget so a monthly reminder would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is a very easy application to use. From posting psotive messages to claiming codes that an individual has won. Its all simplistic and straightforward which i like. Mo creates a community which allows people to @ other people, explaining achievements or praising hard work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Mo sometimes have difficulty with claiming codes. It can take along time for the code to be actioned and ready to use. Also, Mo is only useful for people internally within the business which allows for a strong internal community but externally doesnt benefit the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps with psotivity, praise and recognition within the business. It can motivate people who are getting priase to keep up with their working standards but alos motivate employees who arent getting praise to work harder and get that shoutout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
