very good recognition platform which allows people to be appreciated and praised for acts of kindness and hardwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the length of time it takes to nominate is a bit too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i wouldn't say that mo solves problems however i think mo is beneficial for self development and motivation within employees as it allows employees to feel valued and recognised ultimately resulting in better work ethic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

What I like best about Mo is that it brings my team together by allowing them to shine a light on each other rather than having to wait for recognition from myself or any of the other managers. My team love that they can recognise each other and offer rewards for hard work and it makes collaborative working that much easier and fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

The downside of mo is that I dont have a home version for my family. I think you may be missing a trick as households could use it to incentivse chores and get the kids working in collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
