What do you like best about Mo?

Great to recognise the people that I work with. We use it at all levels of our business. I work in lots of different locations and with lots of different departments, so it is a great way for me to shout out those people I work with.

I love being able to see what others are up to as well and comment on their posts as well.

It is super easy to use!

You can tag colleagues so they are notified of the recognition.

We have a reward pot attached which means we can send extra recongition to our colleagues.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is really easy to use, it is great that you can select a topic for the type of Moment you are creating. Also like that dependant on the type there is also renumerations suggested already. Mo is less onerous than the previous system and you can choose who see's the Award too.

Also think it is great that you can see how much money is left in the pot and when it is due to refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

So far I don't dislike anything about the Mo system. It is so much of an improvement on our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mo is helping me to continue with building good relationships with the guys, we have lots of out of hours works in various area's and some of the guys sacrifice precious personal time which can be at very short notice to carry out jobs. This in turn enables me to help to keep good relationships with my contacts with our customers, ensuring that they are aware of the person going to site. By working as a Team and providing man power when required out of hours for BASO works, our customers are happy and we can maximize chargeable works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

It makes you feel included as a team member and supported in a friendly workplace. Everyone supports each other, along with all the appreciation and comments are so nice to see. Our job as a team is so rewarding to be part of but hard work at the same time, so is really nice to feel appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is a great way to celebrate the little things and the big things people do for each other every day. Choosing to write a post and gift a credit to celebrate the work a colleague has done to help me or others brings joy to the working day and lifts the spirits. It is also a wonderful way to feel acknowledged and appreciated for what we all contribute to our team each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to have a little more credit to share each month and while the variety of uses for MO credit are fairly substantial, I would personally love access to more stores to spend MO credit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
