Easy to use platform for transcriptionists. I especially like account specifics easily accessible. I like to be able to see past reports quickly. Compared to Nuance Emdat/Inscribe, Fluency is much more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the platform is limited in speed by the internet but that may be said of any applications on the net. The product could be better if it didn't have glitches like sometimes reverting back to original text rather than edited text during the upload process. MModal Fluency is probably one of the best medical dictation speech-to-text applications out there. It has possibly the best level of speech recognition, calibration, shortcuts, and keywords support. There are a few good ones out there, like Dragon and PowerScribe, but the swiftness and degree at which MModal recognizes medical terms and differentiates them is superb.
