The conversational AI dont disturb the natural way of clinician of their work habits and it adapts to the way of clinician that makes it more user friendly and more robust. The uptime is drastically high thats the positive side and it also make sure the security of the sensitive data. As of now the accuracy is very very good compared to others. Yes its easy to install that is a great advantage compared with its other competitors and also the support works fine with the accesability with chat support and live agents. Although the integration is quite good and with proper guidance and good accuracy the frequency of use by the user will be definitely a good user experience. **What do you dislike about Dragon Medical One?** While compared to the other similar products it performing very good but yes it has also drawbacks like it takes great effort and time for initial learning of any user's voice that may be due to lengthy interval that can be worked on. It gives too many errors if the accent is bit different. From a data scientist perspective it needs rigourous training on the all possible accents and also languages if we have to make it more dynamic and more user friendly...It has a great potential in several different countries but if you will try to expand then the accent issue and language barrier is going to be the most probelamatic. It should be trained more on the casual speaking behaviours rather than the complete professional accent as its not possible to speak in a particualr accent for a single user all the time... Also these errors will become more frustrating with time if it does not adapt to the accent and the way of normal people speaking behaviour. **What problems is Dragon Medical One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping clinicians to reduce the human effort and manual effort in effective way. ### 11. It is also quite easy to share templates or "auto texts" among users and user groups. We rarely have any hang ups or issues with functionality- it actually has less issues than our LIS. Over time, it has continued to do well for us with minimal issues. We love how easily it learns and picks up various users, even with varying accents. **What do you dislike about Dragon Medical One?** Sometimes it does not interface well with our LIS system. We have had to find some workarounds, but it now works with hardly any issues. Occasionally we will have to restart the program as it can get buggy and stop hearing what you say. This is not often, though, maybe once a week, and easy to live with! Another issue is that it doesn't format well- our graphs and charts do not keep their original formatting when we interface with our LIS. So unfortunatley, you have to manually add them from another word document or file on your PC. **Recommendations to others considering Dragon Medical One:** It is much quicker and more efficient than previous dragon versions, it is highly liked by our practitioners. It is also very user-friendly compared to older versions. **What problems is Dragon Medical One solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are increasing efficiency by using auto text and commands. It can also help us standardize our protocols. Much less time is spent dictating and more time getting work accomplished. Older versions of Dragon are cumbersome with way too many options and settings. DMO has a very streamlined and neat interface and only has what you need without all the extras. Over time, DMO has continued to help us streamline our work by incorporating synoptic reporting for our physicians, saving everyone time and assuring accurate diagnoses. And when DMO does have issues, often a quick restart is all you need. I haven't had to reach out to Nuance for any additonal help. ### 12. Also, I like how it understands and corrects the spelling on the medical terminology used, unlike Cortana or other. **What do you dislike about Dragon Medical One?** The only problem I have with this product is that is not very precise with American speaking physicians.
