ML Work Orders is a beautiful platform based on my experiences so far. As a school principal, my team and I need to ensure our work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion by relevant school personnel of the facilities department. It is user-friendly, easy to track, and keeps all parties accountable. I am happy to use it daily rather than email/text messages since I get results and can also track progress. The system is easy for users to use. The support is always responsive and their responses are not just links to knowledge base articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
An SSO option would be great for users and the ability to remove login methods not in use from the portal page. End users always try the first option available to them.
If the Google sync for users also deactivated users when removed from Google Admin

It brings all work requests together in one organized platform and improves the workflow. It is easy to use, and easy to implement, No more emails, phone calls or post it notes. All work requests come in from the same source. It is feature rich and the work requests contain enough information to perform the task without having to contact the requester for more info. We use ML Work Orders to process all of our facilties and technology issues. It is very easy to use and and expidites many of our issues. The tool is used by most of our staff and they use it quite frequently. it is easy to see progress on any item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The broad range of work order management. Having 5 buildings and nearly 10,000 work orders in the course of 3 years, we have been abel to accurately track and complete work on an unprecidented level since we started with ML work orders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staff is automatically assigned a ticket when it falls into their scope or area. Staff can be grouped into zones, and tickets are automatically assigned to a tech based upon their zone. When a ticket is submitted, the tech is immediately alerted and assigned to the issue. This reduces blow by and tickets going stale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have any negative opinions. It is good for its function and intended use. It would be an awesome help desk system for IT if there were a knowledge base feature and an asset tracking feature that were built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
