At first, sales and development were extremely fast to respond with meetings and contracts for services... once engaged, they missed every deadline (and still haven't delivered).
The only thing to like about this ridicuous company is that they admitted they failed and refunded our $, after wasting several months of our time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Development team and supervisors respond to requests rudely after missing deadlines, act uninterested in solving the issues. Management ignores escalation requests.
Site advertises features and implementation they cannot provide. Based on their own adveretisements to "hire expert deveopers" we gave them a simple SOW to implement their chat into our app.
After 6 weeks, their implementation is still not done (despite advertisements on their site you can be "up and running in a day") and what they did implement doesn't work reliably.
I find it hard to believe the many reviews on here (that all sound the same) are from actual customers using the product, as the product seems very buggy and not well designed, despite the hype on their site.
If their own hired developers can't make it work, how are you supposed to?
After losing 6 months of time wasted with MirrorFly, we're moving on to either SendBird or Stream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The seamless integration of MirrorFly's chat and video calling features within our live streaming platform has been a game-changer. Streamers can now connect with their audience without switching apps, enhancing engagement and focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I like is Mirrorfly integrates in-app chat functionality along with its advanced SDK within 30 mins. Moreover, for our healthcare based app having private chats would be ideally the best choice and this is where we could get best support from the team.
