What do you like best about MioSalon?

Affordable, relatively well designed, they used to have a good sales person but even that person left (guess why) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MioSalon?

Unfortunately, MioSalon is a terribly run company and the software suffers from it. I wasted numerous hours setting up the software before realizing it was full of bugs (for example, the employee's commissions were wrongly calculated). Because I spent so much time setting it up, I wasted even more time telling their team all the the bug, following to make sure they were fixed, only to be told that I "should accept the software is it is and they do not have time to fix the issue I am raising, they have other development priorities". I am left with a software I cannot use, and cannot trust.

Their customer service team is one of the worst I've experienced. Absolutely careless, and incompetent.

What problems is MioSalon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was supposed to help us manage our clinic more easily. It didn't. To extract or upload customer database is a pain, to manage the stock is a pain, to get them to fix bugs is a pain. Everything is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective, functional and easy to use."

What do you like best about MioSalon?

MioSalon is a cloud-based system, very easy to configure and use, has a simple or minimalist design, with a fairly friendly interface so it does not require learning curve, this effective program facilitates the administrative management of spas and beauty salons online, automating tasks such as scheduling appointments and online reservations, inventory management, payroll, billing, customer tracking, staff or employees, customer database and Point of Sale (POS). Additionally, it has a very affordable price.

What problems is MioSalon solving and how is that benefiting you?

MioSalon has given us the possibility of simplifying and facilitating the administrative aspects associated with the beauty salon, I consider that one of the most outstanding aspects has been inventory management, where we have been able to have greater performance of products, which positively affects the cash flow, as we reduce the monthly expenses used to supply the inventory, as employees use products and inputs more effectively and organized. On the other hand, it is a multifaceted tool, the generation of financial reports is very important because it provides us with accounting information of the business, with just one click. With this new tool we have been able to centralize the management of our company and the results have been satisfactory, allowed us to develop and expand the business in a short period of time. What do you like best about MioSalon?

MioSalon is a software that has a very well designed interface, is intuitive, so no learning curve is required, even inexperienced users, is very easy to configure and use, with respect to its operation allows the management of administrative processes of beauty salons, providing the ability to automate the operation of the reception and daily activities such as appointments, online reservations, billing, customer tracking, staff, inventory management, additionally has a system that generates alerts or reminders, among other highlights we have recurring appointments, rental management of booths or chairs, employees and inventories, payroll, on the other hand allows storage in the database of customer profiles and in addition to billing, all this makes it a very comprehensive and robust program. What do you dislike about MioSalon?

Excellent tool, only I would like that it could be added more personalization with respect to that in the account of user could be visualized the logo of our saloon, as well as in the invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MioSalon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has offered us the possibility of implementing a new methodology of more organizational work, having more control and monitoring of the products of inventories, as well as of the quality of the services and even the fulfillment of schedules on the part of the employees, reason why we have increased our levels, we are more efficient and productive in addition to which the clients have shown us pleasantly their index of satisfaction since it was put in march the implementation of this software.
