What do you like best about MillionVerifier?
We have been working with MillionVerifier for more than 5 years now and we are quiet happy with the results. I like the fact that they don't charge credits for unknown results which is good as with major security changes more than 25-30% of the file we load come back as unknown and we cannot afford to lose credits on those. but happy that Millionverifier only charges for good and bad leads. What do you dislike about MillionVerifier?

There are 2 points which I would like to mention.
1. It is difficult for me to upload emails using an Excel sheet; I often cannot. But I can upload using CSV format. It would be a great help if you could resolve this issue.
