Milestone worked quickly in building our new website but took all of our comments and recommendations into account. Their ability to adapt to our preferences quickly was great. The response time on questions was terrific. Once live and assigned our permanent account manager, the service improved even more. Our account manager remains incredibly positive, knowledgeable and responsive and has conducted training, completed ad hoc reporting and provided solutions to several challenging "Brand" issues. During the initial website development, our project manager was not stellar. Once that was brought up, an entire support team responded and quickly addressed every issue. Milestone provided a very detailed and analytical approach to SEO that delivered comprehensive results. I was very impressed with Milestone Presence Cloud ; I found the whole platform very effective. Milestone CMS -- CMS and website are very helpful as the CMS is the only one we found that is SEO aligned.
