The best thing I like about mihup as it has a capacity to do 100% audits of the overall calls we received at the customer care with scoring according to our parameters. Also it's given access to pull out different types of report ie agent performance, Reapeat Call data, Escalation - Summary which helps to identifies if it's social, internal or legal escalation being received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transcript needs to be improved as of now the accuracy is 80% it's should be 100% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mihup.ai?

Since the time we have started using Mihup.ai, it has been the only application we use for QA on a daily basis.. The accuracy is great, it has reduced the time needed for each audit drastically. I do not have to rely on random samples anymore, I get to see what my agents are doing well and what they aren't, I know my customer's sentiment and escalations proactively.
