It helps me automate tedious tasks I ha to repeat several times daily, weekly or even quarterly. This way I just create, test and save, and I can trust they will work, whether I remember them or not. This actually frees my hands abitmore to donors important tasks and get some heavy lifting done without having to worry about the small things that, even though are important, just waste your time. Help is a bit scarce regarding some stuff I need to be done. And while there are a ton of files on other Microsoft apps, Teams seems to be a bit under-documented, maybe because it is a new software that has not been thoroughly tested yet by end-users.

There is so much we can really do. I am using the Microsoft Teams connector for automation purposes. Recently I did one automation where our team members will be notified on Teams when an incident is assigned to them. What I like most about Microsoft Connector is that I am able to connect to any other applications. I can receive updates to any other platforms that keeps me always on track and up to date. Well sometimes because there are lots of features, it is not that organized. I think they have to improve that part. They need to make sure that the Microsoft Connector is somewhat organize to see and files are not scattered everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teams plays well in enterprises. One killer feature for this market is support for compliance standards, encryption and other security measures that are a requirement for enterprises and highly regulated industries. For example, Teams is HIPAA compliant, while Slack is not, so if you're a healthcare company it's clear you'll want Teams rather than Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are plenty of problems as well. The first is the most basic: It's currently only for those who subscribe to the Business and Enterprise versions of Office 365, which leaves out a good chunk of the world. So it's not going to rival Slack, which has a free option that is open to everyone.
Teams is also stuffed with too many features that don't always work well together. Its interface can be disorienting and make it difficult, for example, to find that one chat that had an important piece of information you wanted. Even something as simple as finding a file can be hard to do because different files are found on different parts of the program.
