What is most helpful is I can manage and create M365 Teams Groups. Many upside to Teams Admin Centre - Managed teams certified devices, manage meetings, manage phone numbers, calls, messages and their policies. What problems is Microsoft Teams Advance Admin Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since the pandemic, many people work from home, MS Teams admin centre is is a great way to be able to manage user permissions, manage meetings and policies, and manage calls etc. I managed a team of 19, and MS Teams Admin helps me monitor, and get reports on many things such as call quality, dropped calls etc. The goal is for our remote workers to be able to feel like they are here in the office, and the reports and managing policies has been a huge benifit. It provides lots of information about the user machine, ISP, hardware peripherals. which help in troubleshooting.

Its centeralized repository of MS Teams meetings (including Teams devices and users) which is one place solution.

It provides better information when integrated with Power BI. which is cutomizable and provide you informatoin according to your requirement.

It help in isolating the actual problem by past meeting stats, which include Packet loss, Latancy, RTT and many other parameters, which make this a great tool.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Advance Admin Center?

Logging into MS TAC is very challenging. It takes multiple stages and 10-15 mins to get into the Admin center from scratch.

UI can be Improved.
