What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?
MS Sway is definitely a successor to the MS Powerpoint as the feature hosts modernity. The animation/ scroll effects and the scaling up the layout feels like browsing a webpage, than working into any presentation slide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?
Having more better options than PowerPoint, but still, this app is not put to proper use. Is it because we are highly dependant on ppt, or MS did not market Sway better. May be I am wrong but I am updating what I feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?
We currently use Sway to distribute educational presentations to our staff. It is great for being able to distribute a link and have staff view at their convenience, as well as review as needed. The ability to add in links and videos is great. In some ways this feels like a new version of the software Prezi. I also like that you can see how many people have viewed the Sway, as well as how long they spend viewing the Sway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?
The design of Sway is not particularly intuitive, especially for colleagues less comfortable getting to know new software. When using it the first few times, it was not obvious how to utilize the application. What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?
That it is sent out in a text format to other team members instead of a more official format. It would be more helpful if there was a specific app because even though all the employees phone numbers were added to it, not all of them received the Sway. What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?
Cloud based only. Its not a bad thing, but when you are in and out of service areas on the go it may be difficult. Sometimes it glitches and acts as if the presentation is not there or you don't have access even when you created it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I copy the link for a newsletter and give it out, the end-user needs to play the newsletter; it would be more functional to have the link automatically play the newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?
It's fairly easy to use and looks awesome once done. I like that it can play automatically or be controlled by the user. I like the fact that it can display up and down or side to side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very limited in terms of what can be done, the layout, colors, themes, fonts. etc. I wish Sway were more flexible in terms of creative and design options.
