## Prezi Reviews
  ### 1. Engaging and Effective Presentation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesus Z. | Pastor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like best about Prezi is its ability to create engaging and visually dynamic presentations that keep audiences focused. The zooming interface helps connect ideas in a way that feels more natural than traditional slide-based presentations. I also appreciate the AI-powered tools, which save time when creating content and designing presentations. As someone who teaches, leads meetings, and presents regularly, I find Prezi to be an effective platform for communicating complex ideas in a clear and memorable way.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

One thing I dislike about Prezi is that there can be a learning curve for new users who are accustomed to traditional slide-based presentation tools. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, and occasionally large presentations may require a stable internet connection for the best experience. However, once you become familiar with the platform, the benefits generally outweigh these limitations.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me solve the challenge of keeping audiences engaged during presentations. Traditional slide presentations can sometimes feel static, especially when explaining complex topics. Prezi’s visual storytelling approach allows me to show relationships between ideas more effectively and maintain audience attention. This has been particularly beneficial in teaching, training, and leadership settings, where clear communication and engagement are essential. The AI features also help reduce preparation time, allowing me to focus more on the content and delivery of my presentations.

  ### 2. Impressive Presentations with Prezi, but in AI It Needs Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario Alfredo C. | Jefe de Formulación y Seguimiento de Proyectos de Infraestructura Educativa, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi is its ability to create presentations that really stand out and are very visually impactful. I love the zoom functionality because it makes presentations more dynamic, something other tools don't offer. Additionally, the incorporation of artificial intelligence is quite useful: it allows ideas to be transformed into presentations almost instantly from a natural context. I also greatly value that Prezi facilitates the quick conversion of PowerPoint presentations to Prezi style, which saves a lot of work.

Overall, the performance is acceptable, but it still feels slow. I think they should focus on improving response speed and enabling something that is already becoming a standard today: the ability to use AI in real-time. For example, I might have created a presentation manually (without AI), but along the way, I would expect to have a chat to converse with the AI and ask it to help me create three more slides, or to develop a Prezi path, all on the fly. That is still not available.

Regarding the price, I think options like Lovable.ai or beautiful.ai offer more economical subscriptions with capabilities that Prezi lacks today. Even so, the visual impact of Prezi's technology remains high and has all the potential to surpass the rest, but more emphasis needs to be placed on leveraging AI.

I also miss AI-based support as effective as ClickUp's. Most help bots tend to fall short, and in the end, you almost always need to contact a real agent (a person) to resolve doubts or problems. This happens even with Claude, but ClickUp impresses me with its chatbot: it seems very well trained and with a solid knowledge base, allowing it to respond precisely to specific doubts and issues.

Finally, I feel that there is still a need to develop an integration ecosystem like Claude, Miro, or Lovable.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The main thing is the artificial intelligence that Prezi applies to make presentations. It is not very flexible when it comes to making changes during the transformation process. It is not easy to make changes after the presentation is done with AI. I think it should improve quite a bit in this aspect. Also, the initial setup is normal, but personally, I would like it to be simpler and faster.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi is visually more impactful than other tools and allows for quick transformations of ideas into dynamic presentations with zoom. Artificial intelligence adds efficiency by quickly converting PowerPoint presentations, saving work.

  ### 3. Exceptional Ease of Use and Innovative Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack O. | Président Directeur Général, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi is how it turns a presentation into a real story, not just a sequence of static slides. The zooming canvas allows me to shift from a big-picture view to specific details in the moment, based on the audience’s reactions, which makes my presentations feel more natural and genuinely interactive.

From a UI/UX standpoint, the interface feels creative and becomes intuitive once you adjust to the canvas-based workflow. The templates look visually polished, and the AI-assisted layout suggestions help me put together professional-looking presentations even without design expertise.

The AI feature is a real standout. When I provide a topic or a few bullet points, Prezi generates a strong structure and an initial visual layout that I can refine and adapt. It cuts down the time I spend on formatting and lets me focus more on the content itself.

Integration with video presentations (Prezi Video) is another big plus: I can present with my slides overlaid during video calls, which works especially well for remote client work. Overall, Prezi helps me deliver high-impact presentations that people remember long after the meeting ends.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The biggest drawback with Prezi is its steeper learning curve compared with traditional tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides. As a new user, it takes time to understand how to organize content on the large canvas and how to control the zoom path effectively. In the beginning, I spent more time than I expected learning the tool’s logic and trying to avoid overly complex animations that could end up confusing the audience.

From a support and onboarding standpoint, the initial setup experience could be smoother. More guided tutorials or a truly interactive onboarding flow would make a noticeable difference, helping new users become productive faster without having to dig through help articles.

On the integration side, exporting to standard formats and collaborating with people who rely on traditional slideshow tools isn’t as seamless as I’d like. Colleagues in PowerPoint-heavy environments sometimes struggle to view or edit shared presentations, which limits Prezi’s usefulness in certain corporate or client settings.

Finally, the dependency on a stable internet connection is a real limitation. When presenting in places with unreliable networks, performance can degrade, so a stronger offline mode would make Prezi much more dependable for professional use across different environments.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I started using Prezi, I ran into two recurring challenges as a freelance consultant: I spent far too much time structuring presentations, and I often lost the audience’s attention halfway through. Prezi’s AI feature helped me get past the blank-page problem. I can enter a topic or a few rough ideas, and it generates a structured outline along with an initial visual layout, which saves me roughly 2–3 hours per presentation.

On the delivery side, the zoom-based canvas and non-linear navigation have made my client meetings much smoother and more effective. I’m able to adjust the flow in real time based on how people are reacting, zoom into specific details when needed, and then pull back to the big picture without breaking the rhythm. As a result, engagement and comprehension have noticeably improved.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, the time savings alone justify the subscription cost for my use case. The AI-assisted content generation, paired with the dynamic presentation format, improves the quality of what I deliver to clients without requiring me to have a design background.

Overall, Prezi has changed how I communicate complex ideas, making my presentations feel more memorable and more professional.

  ### 4. An excellent ally for making dynamic and professional presentations.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonela V. | Propietario, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

The interface is very dynamic. I like that the options to make the presentation interactive are easy to use: with a few clicks I can generate movement between each slider. It is intuitive and, even without prior knowledge, professional results are achieved.

I made a presentation with text and images, and the way the AI resolved the base of the presentation allowed me, in a short time, to make changes easily, as well as add photos and text without complications.

I leave the access link to verify it.

With a few steps, a professional result is obtained.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I wanted to add videos and tried to upload a .mov file, but it was impossible. I converted the video to the format the platform required, and even then, I couldn't do it: the conversion significantly reduced the quality, and when I tried to insert it, an error appeared.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem of traditional presentations that often feel static or not very dynamic. It allows for the creation of more visual, interactive, and engaging presentations, helping to better capture the audience's attention and communicate ideas more clearly.

In my case, it benefited me mainly by saving time and being easy to use. Thanks to the artificial intelligence tools and dynamic templates, I was able to create a professional presentation without needing advanced design knowledge. Additionally, the visual navigation and motion effects help give more impact to the content and make the presentation look modern and creative.

  ### 5. Dynamic Presentations Made Easy

It solves the problem of boring or static presentations, especially when I need to present clinical research protocols and show important details clearly to my team. I also like that Prezi integrates easily with Gmail, which makes it simple to access, share, and manage my presentations for work.

  ### 6. Steep Pricing and Learning Curve, with Limited Offline Use and Distracting Animations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

The dynamic zoom and pan presentation style is what sets Prezi apart from traditional slide-based tools. The non-linear navigation allows me to jump between topics seamlessly, which keeps my audience engaged. The templates are visually stunning and the collaboration features make it easy to work with teammates in real time.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The pricing can be steep for individual users, especially for the premium features. The learning curve for new users is a bit challenging since Prezi's zooming interface is quite different from traditional presentations. Also, the offline functionality is limited and sometimes the animations can be distracting if not used carefully.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi has helped us transform boring corporate presentations into engaging visual stories. Before using Prezi, our sales team struggled to keep potential clients engaged during demos. Now, with Prezi's dynamic zooming and interactive canvas, our close rate has improved by roughly 20%. It also helps us visually map out complex product roadmaps in a way that linear slides simply cannot.

  ### 7. Prezi’s AI Generator and Zoomable Canvas Make Presentations Fast and Memorable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag M. | Lead Software Development Engineer in Test, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like best about Prezi is its AI-powered presentation generator, I just type a prompt and it produces a solid starting deck within seconds, which saves a lot of time compared to building slides from scratch in PowerPoint. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the editor stays smooth and responsive even on bigger presentations, so I never feel like I'm fighting the tool. The themes and image effects also feel a step above traditional slide tools, so my presentations end up looking polished without much extra effort. What really sets Prezi apart, though, is the single zoomable canvas instead of separate slides - the way it zooms into each section as you move from point to point keeps the audience engaged and gives the whole presentation a much more cinematic, memorable feel. Regarding integrations, we can download those PPT or download it as pdf, and even share as broadcast link.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

It's actually a good tool, but I dislike the following 2 features -
1. AI generator output: the prompt-based draft is a good start but still needs significant manual editing.

2. Offline use: It's heavily web-based, limited offline functionality.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The following problems are solved by Prezi and are most beneficial to me:

1. More engaging presentations: the zoomable canvas keeps audiences more attentive than static slides.
2. Helps me stand out: my decks look different/more memorable than the typical PowerPoint or Google Slides.
3. Reduces design effort: built-in themes and image effects let me produce polished visuals without graphic-design skills.
4. Easier storytelling: moving between sections of one big canvas helps me show how ideas connect, not just list them.

  ### 8. Great for Keeping Audiences Engaged

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like best about Prezi is that it feels way more engaging than a normal slideshow. At Zenger Folkman we used it a lot on the sales and marketing team for presentations, and it just kept things feeling more interactive and less like people were being talked at for 30 minutes straight.

The movement between topics and the zooming stuff helped keep people focused, especially during trainings or strategy presentations where a regular deck can start to feel repetitive pretty fast.

I also liked how easy it was to show how ideas connected together instead of just going slide-by-slide. It made presentations feel a little more natural and story-driven.

Another upside is that you can make something look really polished without needing to be some kind of design expert. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you figure it out it’s honestly pretty simple to put together something that looks modern and profesisonal.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially if you’re coming from PowerPoint. At Zenger Folkman we used Prezi on the sales and marketing team, and some people picked it up faster than others.

It can also take a little longer to build presentations, and it’s easy to overdo the zoom effects when you’re new to it. But once you get comfortable with the platform, the presentations feel way more engaging and memorable.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem of presentations feeling boring and forgettable. At ZF we used it a lot on the marketing team, especially for trainings and presentations where we needed people to actually stay engaged.

The movement and visual flow made things feel more natural and helped connect ideas better than a standard slide deck. I also liked that it made presentations look polished and modern without needing a bunch of design experiance or technical skills.

  ### 9. Flexible Drag-and-Drop Interface for Smooth Presentation Building

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | Freelance Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

For me, one of the most helpful features is being able to move around the interface so the presentation I’m building flows well. The best part is the drag-and-drop interface, because it makes it easy to rearrange elements throughout the process if I realize I need to reposition something.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

While I genuinely love the interface, it did take me some time to learn it and fully understand how everything works. I’ve used Prezi for years for both personal and professional purposes, so I’m comfortable navigating it. Still, I’ll admit that if you’re new to Prezi, the interface can feel pretty daunting at first and may take a bit of time to get used to.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given me a way to create interesting presentations that I wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. Performance-wise, everything runs smoothly, and it lets me jump to different sections in a more interactive way. Having integrations such as Zoom and Slack has also made it easier and more productive to share what I create.

  ### 10. Dynamic, High-End Presentations That Keep Clients Engaged

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashton S. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What we like best about Prezi is how dynamic and visually engaging the presentations feel compared to traditional slide decks. It helps us create polished, high-end listing presentations that align with our luxury real estate brand while keeping clients engaged through smooth transitions, interactive storytelling, and customized visuals.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

One downside of Prezi is that there can be a slight learning curve when creating more advanced presentations, especially when trying to perfect transitions and layout flow. Some presentations can also take a bit longer to build compared to more traditional slide platforms, but the final result is usually worth it for the more elevated and engaging experience.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps us present information in a more engaging and visually polished way, which is especially important in luxury real estate. It allows us to clearly communicate our marketing strategy, showcase properties, and stand out during listing presentations. The more interactive format helps keep clients engaged and makes our presentations feel more customized and memorable.

  ### 11. Engaging and Modern Alternative to Traditional Presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh C. | BDM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like best about Prezi is how engaging and visually dynamic it makes presentations compared to traditional slide-based tools. The zooming interface helps tell a more natural story and keeps audiences focused, especially during demos, workshops, or client presentations. I also like how easy it is to create professional-looking presentations quickly, without needing strong design skills, and the collaboration features make it simple for teams to work together remotely.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

One downside of Prezi is that the motion and zoom effects can sometimes feel overused or distracting if not carefully designed. There can also be a learning curve compared to more traditional presentation tools, especially for first-time users. In addition, performance can occasionally lag with larger presentations or slower internet connections, and customization options can feel slightly limiting compared to more advanced design-focused platforms.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem of traditional presentations feeling static, text-heavy, and difficult to engage with. Instead of relying on linear slide decks, Prezi uses a more visual and interactive storytelling approach that helps presenters explain complex ideas more clearly and keep audiences focused. It also simplifies presentation creation with AI-assisted design, templates, and collaboration tools.
For me, that means I can create more engaging presentations for meetings, workshops, or client conversations without spending hours on design. The visual flow helps communicate ideas in a more natural way, especially when explaining technical or strategic topics, and the flexibility to zoom in and out of topics makes presentations feel more conversational and less rigid.

  ### 12. Prezi: Improving Daily Presentations Through Innovation, AI, and User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diogo N. | Suporte, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I really like Prezi because of its almost endless presentation possibilities. The UI/UX is intuitive and visually engaging, making it easy to create dynamic presentations. Its integrations work smoothly with other tools, and the platform delivers solid performance even in more complex projects. In terms of pricing and ROI, I think it offers great value for the features provided. The support and onboarding experience are also very helpful, especially for new users. I also appreciate the AI and intelligent features that help speed up content creation and improve presentation quality.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

UI / UX: While visually powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming for first-time users, especially compared to more traditional presentation tools.
Integrations: Some integrations are useful, but the ecosystem is still more limited than platforms like Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Performance: Large presentations with many animations or media elements may become slower on less powerful devices or unstable internet connections.
Pricing / ROI: The advanced features are valuable, but the subscription cost can feel high for casual users or small teams.
Support / Onboarding: Although onboarding is good, mastering all the motion and zoom features can take time and may require tutorials or practice.
AI / Intelligence: The AI features are helpful, but they still sometimes generate generic suggestions or layouts that need manual adjustments.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me a lot in my daily routine because it allows me to create more dynamic, engaging, and professional presentations in less time.

UI / UX: The interface makes it easy to organize ideas visually and create presentations that feel more interactive and modern. This improves communication and keeps audiences more engaged.
Integrations: The integrations with other tools help streamline my workflow, especially when sharing presentations or collaborating with teams.
Performance: The platform performs well for most day-to-day presentations, allowing me to work efficiently without spending too much time on formatting or setup.
Pricing / ROI: Even though it is a paid solution, the value comes from saving time, improving presentation quality, and creating a stronger professional impression.
Support / Onboarding: The onboarding experience and available tutorials make it easier to learn the platform and quickly start building presentations with confidence.
AI / Intelligence: The AI features help generate ideas, improve layouts, and speed up content creation, making the entire process more productive.

Overall, it benefits me by improving the way I communicate ideas, making presentations more memorable, and helping me deliver information in a more professional and impactful way.

  ### 13. Prezi: Boost to Interactive Teaching with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luigui P. | Docencia, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I like how easily Prezi's artificial intelligence helps me produce presentations, which has drastically reduced creation time. The tool also allows me to upload a document and create a presentation from it, which is very valuable because it significantly reduces usage time. Additionally, the latest versions of Prezi are really simpler and easier to implement.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I think they could present a series of brief and short questions before the AI finishes its work. At the end of the slide creation, a creation outline appears that is not always suggestive, and you have to wait until the end to see if something is changed or not.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the implementation of technological resources and facilitates online access, drastically reducing the time to create presentations thanks to its AI, which allows uploading documents to automatically generate presentations.

  ### 14. Beautiful presentations without the effort

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin S. | PMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi are the dynamic transitions and the way it allows you to organize the entire presentation within a single image. Overall, it seems like a very useful tool that anyone should try. The initial setup is simple and quick; in my case, I practically didn't have to adjust anything to start using it.

Additionally, you can immediately upload your logo, fonts, colors, and templates, and the tool accommodates them very well when creating presentations, making the process more agile and fluid. Another noteworthy point is the variety and good quality of the available templates to use.

Another highlight is the narrative block section and the number of variant options for each block that you can simply drag and work on that pre-design.

When you ask it to design with AI, it does so very quickly, and you can work rapidly on a very solid base. You save the part of working on a blank sheet and starting a design from scratch.

For now, we are working with the free plan, and it has been serving us well, but it's true that the paid plan opens up more possibilities and doesn't seem to be an expensive price for what it offers.

It would be nice if it had integration with Claude. Nowadays, it's used a lot, and having such an integration would be useful for us.

Regarding performance, I use it from the browser, and it works correctly without consuming excessive computer resources.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I think the editing part could improve much more. Once the presentation is already set up, I would like the editing options to be more flexible and give me a bit more leeway to adjust details.

It could also have more connections with other applications, like Claude, or with tools like Zapier or Make. It's not super necessary, but it would be a plus.

I think it would be useful to be able to try the brand kit in the free version to evaluate its potential more quickly.

Finally, the import and compatibility with other PPT files could be improved: some elements have not been maintained in the same proportion as the originals.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Prezi, creating presentations for clients or for internal project tracking consumed too much of our time: designing from scratch in PowerPoint or similar required layout effort that we didn't always have available. With Prezi, we can generate visually attractive presentations quickly, both for internal meetings and to show progress to clients. What used to take us hours of design work, we now resolve in minutes, without sacrificing visual quality. The result is that we arrive at each presentation with more polished and professional material, with an estimated saving of 2 to 3 hours per presentation, time that we redirect directly to fieldwork and analysis.

  ### 15. Dynamic Zoom Presentations: Prezi saves time and excites customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veniamin B. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi is the dynamic zoom function and the non-linear navigation. Compared to rigid, classic PowerPoint slides, I can present complex relationships much more visually and modernly here. The drag-and-drop interface saves me several hours each week during creation, and the feedback from clients on the lively presentations is consistently positive.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The onboarding time is quite high at the beginning. If you are used to traditional, linear presentation programs for years, the non-linear concept of Prezi requires quite a bit of rethinking. Also, precisely setting the zoom paths can sometimes become a bit tedious and time-consuming with very large, complex presentations. A simplified user interface for beginners would be desirable here.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem for me that customers quickly lose attention with standard presentations. Through the intuitive UI/UX, I can sell offers much more convincingly and modernly. The performance in the browser is stable, and the pricing offers an excellent ROI (Return on Investment), as the closing rate in customer meetings noticeably increases. Onboarding new users also works smoothly thanks to the good templates, so hardly any support is needed. The measurable advantage lies in the enormous time savings and the professional feedback.

  ### 16. Creating stunning presentations doesn't have to be rocket science

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vojtěch M. | designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Excellent visuals and options to keep focus of the audience, great usage od the AI assistant. It helped me setting up the main outline of my presentation. The UI of Prezi is very easy to understand and even fi you are not using Prezi for some time, it is very easy to get back. I was albe to integrate my pcitures and visuals into the template. The performace is great too. It runs on web browser smoothly and you dont need any extra app if you need to work on your presentation from work on someone elses computer. Pricing is reasonable, if you are doing presentation on regular basis, I would recommend geeting better plan for improved sharing. I also had very good experince with support.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Well, there is very little to dislike about Prezi. Honestly, Prezi doesnt have many negatives that I can think of now. Maybe include exporting into PDF in basic plans.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi is definetly helping with keeping the audience engaged and focused on your presentation. It comes with a huge wow factor and that helped me to get appreciation from my audience on many occasions.

Support super simple and not helpful, at G2 with Ai "refine" text button - better

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

All areas is possible to make better.
1. Ai after first generation cannot find. I need change language and correct prompt - how?
2. Pricing extra expansive. For first using I am ready to start privatly from not more than 30-50USD. Start from 225 - for business not problem, for private difficalt.
3. Tools looks like from 2010x years. Not beautifil. not pleasure to use it.
4. Download windows APP only with payment. Very not good.
5. Stars with question at G2 without information what does it means.
6. Not very quickly cjanging between slides. With some video and graphics I think it will extra slovly. For luxury graphics and area of products - critical bad emotions.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Underastanding what Global new tools at the online presentation area
2. Learning of Beautiful and emotions (was before).
3. Money for review

  ### 18. Interactive, Visual Prezi Presentations Made Easy—with Helpful AI and Great Support

**Reviewed by:** neeha g. | software engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi is interactive and visual the presentations feel compared to regular slide-based presentations. It helps make the content more engaging and easier to present. its is simple to use, and I like how quickly I can organize my ideas and create professional-looking presentations. I like that it has a free pricing option for most of the templates. Its also great with integrations with different images, texts and others to add on.

I also find the AI features helpful because they save time with formatting and presentation structure suggestions. The platform runs smoothly, and I use it regularly for both academic and professional presentations. Overall, it helps me create clearer and more visually appealing presentations without spending too much time on design. The customer support is also great, as we get the help soon.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

nothing much, i love everything about. its a great platform

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solves the problem of creating presentations that feel too plain or text-heavy. It makes it easier to present ideas in a more interactive and visual way, which keeps the audience more engaged.

It also saves me time when creating presentations because the templates and AI features help with organizing content and improving the overall design. This allows me to focus more on the actual information I want to present instead of spending too much time formatting slides.

  ### 19. Dynamic, Memorable Presentations That Keep Audiences Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Braedon F. | Director of Logistics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi feels more dynamic than any other presentation tool I’ve used. It helps engage the audience and creates memorable moments that are critical for workplace training and for retaining information shared in forums.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Over the years, Prezi has made some major updates. This results in re-learning the system. While AI tools can be helpful to bridge the gap, I miss some of the old dashboards. For example, there used to be a tool in the top left corner that was the prezi icon. This tool was very intuitive and made it easy to find the features I was looking for.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi is offering a dynamic presentation tool that I use regularly for presentations. I've used it for school, for work, and for personal presentations. Especially during training presentations, it allows me to show how all the moving pieces of our organization and the tasks involved work together.

  ### 20. Flexible presentations with a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabine B. | Gründerin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I appreciate the flexibility of Prezi, as I can present thematically and do not have to strictly adhere to a sequence. Additionally, creating slides has become faster and easier over the years. Although the learning curve is still steep, once you understand the principle, it soon works as easily as PowerPoint. The shift from traditional boring presentations that run slide by slide to an option to jump from topic area to topic area makes working with Prezi interesting and creative.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The onboarding is difficult and the learning curve is very steep, which requires a lot of initial effort. Also, the initial setup of Prezi is not quite easy and self-explanatory.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi makes presentations more interesting by allowing you to jump between topics. It offers flexibility in the presentation, has become faster and easier, but initially requires a lot of effort due to the steep learning curve.

  ### 21. Great Presentation Creation Software With A Few Basic Limitations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi is great for creating presentations, and has a much more interesting and inclusive feel than Powerpoint. We receive much better feedback from our audience using these presentations, which tend to be more colorful and dynamic than your standard PP.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

There are a few basic program limitations that are annoying, including: the inability to automatically number a list of items/subtopics; crop inserted PDF files (you used to be able to do this in the older version); and not being able to easily utilize multiple color schemes in one presentation.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to create custom education presentations for our clients, and Prezi has proved to be a useful tool. I do believe it takes slightly longer to create a custom Prezi than a Powerpoint, so I can't say if we are more productive, but I do believe the outcome is more impactful.

  ### 22. Dynamic, Visually Engaging Presentations That Make Storytelling Memorable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krantee S. | Curriculum Design Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi is its dynamic, visually engaging presentation style. Rather than relying on a traditional slide-by-slide format, it uses a zooming canvas that makes storytelling feel more interactive and memorable. I find it especially helpful for explaining big-picture ideas, highlighting connections between topics, and keeping the audience engaged throughout.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

One drawback of Prezi is that its motion and zoom effects can feel overdone if they aren’t used thoughtfully, which may end up distracting some viewers. It can also take a bit of time to learn, especially for new users who are more accustomed to traditional, slide-based presentation tools.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a more dynamic way to present ideas by visually showing the relationships between topics and letting me move smoothly between the big-picture overview and the finer details. For me, this helps capture the audience’s attention, strengthen the storytelling, explain complex concepts more clearly, and create presentations that feel more memorable and interactive.

  ### 23. Transforms Presentations with Creative Storytelling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashfaq H. | Projects Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I use Prezi for my presentations at work because it gives a unique way of storytelling through slides, solving the problem of boring normal slides. What I like most about Prezi is the creative space it offers to its users. It makes me stand out among the crowd, as people mostly use other slides, but my Prezi presentations are always in a unique way. The interface and creative buildup in my slides with Prezi even convinced my friend to switch from using Canva and PowerPoint.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I would love to see the sharing of presentations live with people and also to download it completely for free.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem of boring slides by offering a unique storytelling approach. It provides a creative space that makes my presentations stand out, helping me engage my audience effectively.

  ### 24. Different and well-structured presentations with the help of AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia G. | Gerente de Seguros de la Division Financiera de Gpo Vanguardia, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I like being able to create presentations that have a format different from the traditional PowerPoint or Canva. I also value the way content can be structured and how I can rely on AI tools to develop and improve the presentation.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I like almost everything about Prezi. If I had to choose something that doesn't quite convince me, it would be the switch between the selection mode and the move mode on the board, because sometimes it feels a bit unfluid. I would also like there to be more interactions within the presentation, and not just the well-known and widely used zoom in and zoom out.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow presenting ideas in a more schematic, organized, and clear way, and thus break with the monotony of traditional presentations.

  ### 25. Dynamic, Story-Driven Presentations That Keep Audiences Engaged

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen C. | Sr. Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I love that Prezi makes presentations feel like a conversation rather than a slideshow — the zooming, non-linear structure keeps audiences engaged and lets me tell a story in a way that feels dynamic and natural rather than just clicking through slides.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, and it's easy to overdo the motion effects in a way that feels dizzying rather than dynamic — it takes some practice to find the right balance.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me move away from the 'death by PowerPoint' trap — instead of static, forgettable slides, I can create presentations that actually hold attention and make complex information easier to follow, which makes a real difference when I'm trying to communicate our brand story or engage an audience at an event.

  ### 26. Save Time and Improve Dynamic Presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aldo Alejandro O. | Gerente Legal , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I really like the ease of project development with Prezi, as well as the clarity and presentation of the information. I also appreciate the visual editor that allows for adjusting and improving the images and texts presented, the integration of videos, and the import of PowerPoint. The login linked to my accounts and the easy selection of templates and shapes made the initial setup quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Make editing charts and tables easier. Improve the ease of adjusting slides in relation to the modifications to be made.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me save time in developing presentations, offering a dynamic and pleasant way to present information. I love the ease of project development and the clarity in the presentation.

  ### 27. Communicate your ideas and business plans with Prezi's new digital features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi is one of my favorite tools for communicating my ideas with the best visual presentation, making it easier to design my work projects and share all my progress as a content creator.

In addition, Prezi is a platform that offers greater digital reach, making it easy to connect with the most popular social media platforms and enabling automatic backup of all your designs and work content.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I can't think of anything negative about Prezi's digital features and resources, I believe it's a high performance system with enterprise-grade quality.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi has provided me with the best digital resources and tools to communicate my ideas and work projects in the most attractive and professional formats, improving my connection with my social media and facilitating content sharing with members of my organization.

  ### 28. Engaging Movement That Captures Attention

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonard R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I like the movement. Movement captures people's attention because the eyes are receptive to it and respond to it. When you're watching movement, you don't have time to think of anything else, because your mind is thinking if you look away you're going to miss something important.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Many of the features are not super-intuitive. It takes a bit of time to learn the features. If it could be learned more quickly, perhaps if features were somewhat similar to the way other applications are configured, it would be helpful.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's important for our organization to help our customers in the best way possible. For fundraising elements, it's important that we market efficiently, keeping costs down and providing the best pricing/ROI as we possibly can.

  ### 29. Prezi amazes and is irreplaceable: fluid presentations, mind mapping, and AI that saves time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea F. | Farm administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi is fantastic. Every time I show a presentation, everyone is amazed by the fluidity of the presentation and the mind map concept. Returning often to the initial screen allows you to always keep track of the thread of the discourse. The ability to use AI is a great help for the initial design and saves a lot of time. The integration with photos and videos is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Honestly, for me the price is a big hurdle, especially since the increases three years ago. I am a freelance educator and the cost of the subscription significantly affects my small budget!

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me save time in producing different presentations for different audiences. It's always excellent in graphics and in the automation of animations. I can't use PowerPoint anymore!

  ### 30. Engaging Presentations Made Easy with Prezi

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CHRIS R. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I use Prezi to create presentations and slideshows, and I appreciate how it offers more lively and attractive animations than PowerPoint, which keeps the audience's attention better. I like the assistant feature that helps with animations and transitions, making my presentations look more interesting. Prezi allows me to fit more information into my presentations, and the initial setup was easy. I give Prezi a 9 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Nothing much prezi was lagging for me a while ago but now it's fixed

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Prezi because PowerPoint lacked animations and was boring. Prezi is more lively and attractive, helping me retain audience attention. The assistant for animations and transitions makes presentations interesting and allows fitting more information.

  ### 31. Prezi Makes Presentations Effortless and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soham M. | Sr. Vice President - Product Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Prezi has consistently been my preferred tool for creating presentations that I can easily share with different teams. With the addition of AI integrations, it has become even more impressive and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

There’s nothing I dislike. I have always been a fan of Prezi’s user experience and appreciate how easy it is to put together a quick presentation.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi makes everything much more enjoyable with its interactive features, helping users concentrate on the specific point that needs attention. Interacting with all the dynamic motions is genuinely entertaining. While there can be a bit of a learning curve for some users, once you get the hang of it, Prezi quickly becomes a tool you want to use every day.

  ### 32. Prezi transformed my presentations with a visual and cinematic style.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo O. | Bi analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Since I discovered Prezi, it completely changed the way I present projects, ideas, and content. Unlike traditional linear presentations, Prezi offers an infinite canvas where ideas flow visually and cinematically, keeping the audience engaged from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I like everything, it is a very complete and accessible tool.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding prices, Prezi offers a free plan that already includes enough features for occasional users or students. The paid plans are competitive and are easily justified with everything they offer: more storage, private presentations, and real-time collaborative features. It is an investment worth making, especially for professionals who present frequently.

  ### 33. Prezi: Unmatched Versatility and Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yoicy V. | Encargado de redes sociales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I like the versatility when designing a corporate presentation with Prezi. Also, I love how the presentation looks immersive. I also appreciate that when we switched from PowerPoint to Prezi, the tool made handling much easier, especially because it is online. This is great because we don't have to worry about recovering files if the computers get damaged. The initial setup was very easy, it's very intuitive and there were no problems.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Actually, I like everything, I like everything about this platform.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the creation of business and academic presentations, facilitates the switch from PowerPoint to its more versatile online platform, and avoids file issues if computers fail.

  ### 34. Engaging Presentations, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali Sabri S. | Cyber Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I really like Prezi's nonlinear structure and visual storytelling approach. It's a nice change from traditional slide-based tools. Presenting ideas as a connected whole rather than breaking them into separate slides makes a big difference, especially for complex topics. Prezi allows me to show both the overall picture and the details more effectively. It's very effective for engaging presentations.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

While I find Prezi very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for users who are used to traditional slide-based tools. Getting comfortable with the Canvas structure and designing a smooth flow takes some time. Another point is performance. Larger or more complex presentations with many elements and zoom layers can make the platform feel a bit heavy or slower than expected. This can affect the editing experience.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me explain complex topics by showing the big picture instead of isolated slides. It allows me to visually connect related parts and navigate between them smoothly, making it easier to present workflows and secure architectures.

  ### 35. Great for Visual Storytelling, Needs Better Editing Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orsolya Rita B. | Postdoctoral Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I use Prezi to create presentations and infosheets for non-academic stakeholders, and it allows for a very good visual link between concepts and their details, which helps lead my audience through my thought process without losing them, even on complex topics. I like it more than PowerPoint for this reason. Prezi has better built-in visual appearances that are more accommodating to a non-scientific audience used to PR materials. The library function is very handy since it allows for consistent design themes across various talks without having to save individual colors and files. Templates help in brainstorming for infographics and speed up the process. I enjoy working in the cloud, which means I don't have to worry about syncing and resolution issues across OSs and computers. The topic structures visually assist in navigating thought processes, making it easier to create presentations for lay audiences than with PowerPoint.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I find the editability of visuals, like shapes or pictures, quite annoying since I can't size them with numeric values, only with + and - signs, which makes it hard to have a clean finish. Also, no more than five colors can be saved in a scheme, and I have to either save the hex code or pipette it again for any other color, lacking the 'last used colors' feature that is present in PowerPoint. The initial setup was not hard but tedious; I had to keep looking up functions and command keys.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi allows me to visually link complex concepts, leading my audience through my thought process effectively. Its visual styles are great for non-academic audiences. The library function maintains design consistency, and templates speed up infographics brainstorming. Working in the cloud avoids syncing issues.

  ### 36. Engaging Non-Linear Storytelling with Prezi’s AI-Powered Presentations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi S. | Director-Partner Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like most about Prezi is how effortlessly it breaks away from the traditional, boring slide-by-slide format. The dynamic zooming canvas lets me present the “big picture” first and then zoom directly into the finer details, which makes my storytelling far more engaging for the audience. On top of that, the new Prezi AI features feel like a real game-changer: I can enter a quick prompt or outline and have it instantly generate a beautifully formatted, non-linear presentation structure, saving me hours of manual design work.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Offline functionality feels fairly limited on the lower-tier plans, which leaves me too dependent on having a strong internet connection when I’m presenting on the go. On top of that, the pricing for the fully unlocked desktop version and the more advanced premium features is quite high, so it can be hard to justify for casual users who only need to put together a few presentations each year.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems Solved: It removes the frustration of trying to build an engaging, highly visual presentation when I don’t have formal graphic design or animation skills.

How it Benefits Me: Prezi gives me access to professionally animated layouts that flow smoothly, without requiring me to manually create motion paths or fine-tune slide transitions. It helps me produce high-impact, premium-looking decks even under tight deadlines, which elevates our brand image and gives me confidence that our presentations will look polished, cohesive, and memorable.

  ### 37. Revolutionized Presentation with Nonlinear Canvas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I think what stands out about Prezi is the special nonlinear canvas, which changes how we present the information structure. The superbel user interface is also impressive, offering incredible performance that I really like. I appreciate the smart software's topic and subtopic organization, which keeps presentations looking minimalistic and uncluttered, allowing me to dive deep into layers of content without overwhelming the audience. The Prezi video capability is also a game changer for me, as it allows me to overlay graphics and presentation elements onto a live feed. Additionally, I enjoy being able to integrate motion and flow, which looks like a transition with animations between dynamic and static content.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Prezi is kind of like a big steep initial learning curve for animations. Sometimes it's fast for animations which can be disengaging. The infinite canvas means it's hard to understand spatial planning or zoom levels, making mapping out parts difficult at first. Another issue is the risk of motion sickness if the zoom path is too fast or frequent, it can make the audience feel dizzy or distracted. The built-in templates feel restrictive, minimizing the freedom to add pages or parts. Collaboration and offline performance are very limited.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prezi for classes because its open Canvas and zooming transitions show the whole picture clearly, enhancing student engagement. It breaks linear constraints, allowing students to ask questions and explore topics freely. Prezi supports multimedia, making presentations more dynamic and interactive.

  ### 38. Dynamic and Professional Presentations with Prezi

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea J. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I love using Prezi to make dynamic presentations for my work or university. It's an excellent way to present my projects interactively. It allows me to create more entertaining presentations, videos, and infographics. I love that I can present my projects professionally without having extensive design knowledge. Additionally, having a global map of my project and being able to zoom in to explain a detail is very useful. I really consider it a powerful and very useful tool, as monotonous presentations do not hold the audience's attention. Prezi allows the audience to connect and learn in a more didactic way. Finally, without a doubt, I would recommend it because it is an excellent tool for creating professional and entertaining presentations, I would give it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I prefer to use Prezi online to avoid using the application on my computer and making it slow. Something that could also be improved is the printing of a presentation in such a way that the content is ordered logically and can be printed on paper without images being cut off or text from a presentation being lost. The initial setup did take some practice, as I was used to using linear slides and at first, I was a bit confused about how to create my presentations in Prezi. But after that, everything became easier.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to make presentations, videos, or infographics more entertaining. It is excellent for quickly changing slides without interrupting my meetings. I can also present projects professionally without being an expert in design and keep the audience engaged and learning in an educational way.

  ### 39. Great Zooming Visuals and Presentations, But Pricing and Arabic Support Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad J. | Senior Program Management Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

The visual affects that support the ability to scale up or zooming inn, on specific idea. in addition to the ability to produce different presentation files. the pricing needs to be re-considered taking into consideration the new open IA features. the performance is not questionable and serve the need.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Prezi old versions were not supported with Arabic language, which represent a challenge for some cases where Arabic is essential. besides to the fact that pricing becomes high while considering other free open IA resources. i am not familiar with using AI inside Prezi since i haven't renewed my subscription since long time.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a matter of simplifying ideas and make more digestible

  ### 40. Transforms Presentations with Ease and Style

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I love that Prezi has a lot of animation and effects, which provide different ways to represent information and make things clearer and more professional in my daily presentations. The AI tools are particularly helpful, offering guidance and suggestions that enhance the presentation experience. I feel comfortable using Prezi because of the availability of different templates and options that make my presentations more stunning. Additionally, the setup was very easy and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Well, something that doesn't really work for me right now is that it does not have compatibility with a lot of Russian presentation tools. So, you have to log in to make a presentation. If I leave my computer at home and wanted to present on a different computer, I have to log in to that computer to open the file. But sometimes if that computer is not mine, and let's say it's for another company, I need to access my account and at some point, I'd have to leave the access open for them.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me present data and information, like KPIs, in an easier and more organized way.

  ### 41. Engaging, Interactive Presentations with a Unique Visual Flow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

What I like best about Prezi is how different the presentation experience feels compared to more traditional tools. The interface is easy to navigate once you get used to it, and the visual flow makes presentations feel more interactive and less static. I also like that it helps keep people more engaged, especially when presenting more visual or creative content.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Some parts of Prezi can take a bit of time to learn, especially if you’re used to more traditional slide-based tools. I’ve also noticed that performance can slow down a little on more complex presentations with lots of movement or visual elements.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps make presentations feel more engaging instead of just going through static slides. For me, that’s useful when explaining ideas visually or trying to keep people focused during a presentation. It also makes it easier to organize content in a more dynamic way.

  ### 42. Engaging Presentations with Dynamic Zoom

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surafel T. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I love using Prezi for creating engaging presentations that stand out from traditional slide decks. It's great for storytelling and visual impact. Prezi solves the problem of boring, linear presentations by helping me capture audience attention with dynamic zooming and creative layouts, making complex ideas easier to follow. I love the zooming canvas interface and the variety of templates available. The AI features are impressive and help speed up the creation process. The ability to create non-linear presentations with smooth transitions really sets it apart from PowerPoint. The zooming canvas lets me present ideas hierarchically, showing the big picture first and then drilling into details. The AI helps generate content quickly and suggests layouts that I wouldn't have thought of myself, saving me time and making my presentations more visually compelling. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and there are plenty of templates to get started with. The learning curve for the interface was manageable, especially with the help of tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The main thing missing is an option to create simple, traditional slides. Sometimes I just need basic slides without all the zooming and animation effects, but Prezi forces you into their canvas model. A simple slide mode would make it more versatile for everyday presentations where the fancy transitions aren't needed.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi solves the problem of boring, linear presentations, enhancing storytelling and visual impact. The zooming canvas showcases ideas hierarchically, and AI features speed up creation by suggesting layouts, making complex ideas easier to follow and my presentations more visually compelling.

  ### 43. Beautiful UI and Reliable Performance, but Pricing and Integrations Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I like the UI overall—the animations and the templates in particular. Performance has been good, and I’ve used it for high-stakes presentations without issues. I haven’t needed support or onboarding yet.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I dislike the pricing. There should be an option in between the free plan and the $29 price point, since I use it more periodically. It would be great if it switched to a credit-based model or had a project limit instead. I ended up canceling because I tend to use it quarterly. Also, the integrations have been lacking, and the conversion to PPT or video takes a bit longer than I’d like. More importantly, sometimes the interface when editing is tricky. Sometimes the drag-drop features are not wonky and it locks into a ratio .

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m always looking for more ways to engage my audience, especially during large-group presentations that need to run longer. Every time I’ve used it for presentations, engagement has been rated highly on the evaluations.

  ### 44. Transforms Presentations into Engaging Experiences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I use Prezi mainly for presentations and occasional marketing artifacts. It makes the presentations and content much more engaging and interesting to follow. I've had great success using Prezi for dynamic, innovative presentations and creating highly-respected case studies for job interviews. I like the templates, ease of use, and ability to customize. There are easy-to-use templates that can get you up and running in minutes, or you can take a more customized approach. The pathing system for dynamic presentations is very straightforward, taking little to no time to onboard or train. Prezi does a great job of taking sometimes dull content and bringing it to life.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

I can't think of anything specific. It can be expensive but I have always found value.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi makes my presentations engaging and interesting, successfully turning dull content into dynamic presentations. It's easy to use, with customizable templates and a straightforward pathing system, enabling quick setup and onboarding.

  ### 45. Efficient for Presentations, Challenging for Exports

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allana J. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I really like how easy Prezi is to use and how quickly I can put something nice together with less effort than a normal deck. The AI feature is a big help with the design portion, letting me focus on quality content without worrying about aesthetics. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy!

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

It is a little tricky trying to export it into an actual deck when I need to share it externally/with people who prefer a deck over an interactive module. I had to reposition different aspects because the export version would have assets split over the edge of the slide so only part of it would show in the presentation. This took all the time I had originally saved. It's great if you're the one actually presenting. If you're sending it to people though, they may want it in slide format, and at that point I would recommend starting somewhere else.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prezi to quickly create appealing presentations for proposals, especially for the executive team. Its ease of use and AI feature help me focus on quality content without worrying about design aesthetics.

  ### 46. Prezi Feels Outpaced by Newer Apps and Can Be Hard to Navigate

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban O. | Coaching Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I use to really use before all this apps came out that made it easier to do what Prezi does. But know really use it maybe when I remember a similar project I did and just go and update what ever I did.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Being able to be creative, the first time I used Prezi I was doing my Master's and working with multiple agencies on a project. But as my career has grown the reluctance of Prezi really has been replaced with other programs that really are not helpful. Also are hard to navigate with Prezi.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really just about trying something different that a power point. Prezi was really helpful in trying to show connections on a presentation. But now people just seem to get confuse when you try to present something with Prezi and then when your doing your presentation and trying to access it. Makes it all impossible with the sign in.

  ### 47. Prezi with AI: more professional presentations and exceptional performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

Its potential as a presentation tool has improved exponentially thanks to the implementation of AI, which facilitates the generation of more than professional work for all fields, achieving exceptional performance after its latest update. The interface continues to be improved little by little, as well as its compatibility with different browsers and systems, which facilitates greater integration. Additionally, there are pricing plans adapted to the characteristics of different professional roles. As for support, you can not only find it from the platform itself, but also from community members who have published templates and instructions that help maximize the performance of Prezi.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

By relying so much on the network to fully utilize Prezi's potential, it's possible to notice some lag, which I don't know if it's due to the connection or the platform's own performance. Many times I am left with this doubt, but the truth is that it happens much less frequently now, almost anecdotally.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Give a more professional image of the presentations offered to our different audiences that we address in each of the meetings where we use Prezi. And that better image positively impacts both the way we convey our messages and the way they are appropriately received by the target audiences.

  ### 48. A Great Presenter Focuses on the Audience First, and Building Presence Early is the Key

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gray O. | Managing Director, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

The Prezi tool provides a completely integrated way to get you content down cold (and get through it as you audience directs), so you can focus on making sure your audience takes away the message you intend. I've spent 40 years working in a global multinational in business development and the best sales person I ever worked with called me as soon as he found Prezi 2 years ago. He said it was the best selling tool he had ever seen. Tad was not given to hyperbole, so I signed up and tried it out. As it so happens I had a consulting client pitch that would generate $500 million in revenue for my company over 12 months set up 5 days from my introduction to Prezi. I found the platform easy to use and understand and unbelievably capable of seamlessly linking multiple media types, graphics, layouts into a smooth/fluid presentation. You still had to focus on transmission/affirmation and supporting content sharing, but a great deal of the content messaging was delivered easily through Prezi. Within 2 weeks of presenting to the global operations team my contract was signed, and I've never looked back. In reality, all top flight presenters are artists, that weave together the magic of symbols, structure, visual imagery, color, sequence and personal and group energy and communication skills to deliver the best sales/presentation experience possible. Prezi truly does enable the presenter to focus singularly on creating the shared trust and intimacy building that is absolutely essential to any sale, or effective group presentation. Nice work Prezi!

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

That is was not available earlier in my career….

**Recommendations to others considering Prezi:**

Nothing to add here...

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a career presenter in multiple industries and consumer products….one of the greatest challenges to any presenter is leaving your audience with the key information, a clear call to action in delivering a hard-hitting, memorable presentation….Prezi as a presentation format/system provides the user/presenter with all the nesessary tools, formats, approaches that one may need to deliver this goal……Prezi also makes it very easy to engage/include your audience in your presentation increasing memorability and message retention…..simply put the Prezi format makes presentation development more fun (and effective) for the presenter…and this drives message efficacy and retention…..

An amazing communication tool…

  ### 49. Easy-to-Use Prezi with Straightforward Tutorials—My Go-To for Presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

The layout is easy to use and the tutorials are straightforward. I've only used the free version for the past several years and I have not used the AI yet. I have had no issues with performance, but I have tried downloading a prezi presentation with was a rather large file. other than that, I have enjoyed using Prezi and have made suggestions to many others to use it as well. It has gotten to the point that I hate the look of Powerpoint presentation and refuse to use them.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

It does that a little bit of playing around with the interface to understand how to use the program, such as creating the shapes/bubbles and such and getting them to connect to one another. It doesnt take long to get use to it but most people are lazy and will just use a power point but after using Prezi I cant bring myself to use anything else

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly for presentations. I have used it as kinda of a mind mapping tool. but primarily as a replacement for powerpoint presentations

  ### 50. Fun, Interactive Presentations Made Easy with Prezi

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda E. | Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Prezi?**

I really like how easy Prezi is to use. There's no hassle with technology issues because the files are hosted on Prezi, so most of the time we aren't saving them. You just prepare your presentation, open it up, and as long as there's Internet, you're good to go without dealing with large PowerPoint files. It's also a lot of fun to use and can make presentations more engaging and thematic compared to PowerPoint. Prezi turns somewhat boring or technical topics into something fun and can really sell a theme, which is awesome. The templates are cute and add to the fun. I also found the initial setup to be super easy. Lastly, Prezi definitely has a wow factor because I've recommended it especially to people making presentations at schools.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

When you're not using Prezi as an internet-based thing, the files can be super huge and a little bit difficult to work with. Once you download a Prezi file, you can't edit it as well. There’s not a lot of room for last-minute changes. Also, PowerPoint can integrate with the rest of Microsoft Office, allowing you to paste in tables and reference other types of files, whereas Prezi doesn't do that so much.

**Recommendations to others considering Prezi:**

Do it! Once you learn the basics, you'll love how much better your presentations turn out!

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prezi to transform boring or technical topics into engaging, fun presentations. It's great for adding a theme to presentations, making them more interactive than PowerPoint.
