The pre-built templates. I'm not clever and use them frequently, and they always look great. We use them for presentations and quick info page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some tools to add new content are clunky, such as trying to add rich text. It is constrained in some use cases where it would be the best tool for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the introduction of Microsoft Sway, our documentation creation task became so simple. With this tool, the documents and presentations were very effective visually. This tool is much better compared to similar other solutions in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft sway was every effective in presentations and documents, however, our news letter creation did not have that much improvement with this tool. There was not much visual striking for the new letters created via this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You must be online to present if you aren't using the Sway app with Windows 10. For those of us who gnaw our nails worrying about the stability of an unknown wifi connection at a conference, this is a terrifying notion. But now that it's out of beta, they're allowing you to play it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is the best platform to create a webpage, documents, and newsletters. It also makes the presentation more elegant and professional. This software is very convenient to use and very useful for business purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are not many options in this software. The ability to customize the content can be static. It could be better by updating more things in this software. Sometimes we face lagging issues because the software is web-based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very interesting how you can turn a blank page into an interactive and visually enjoyable information page. There plenty of option and templates to use and make alive any boring data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not save in PDF format what has been displayed in Sway and this is quite frustrating as not all devices will be presenting it on the same view as I wish to show it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can present information in a concise way using a shareable link. It is a great happy medium between PowerPoint slides and a Word document. You can share more in Sway that you can reasonably fit on slides, but less daunting for your audience than having to engage with a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't find Sway super intuitive to use. I had to watch and read several tutorials to even get started, and it was still a lot of trial and error. And if you do end up needing to copy and paste your content into a document, it takes quite a bit of formatting work in your document to get it to where you can share it. I like the pretty way you can convey your ideas. You just have to decide what style you want and start typing... as easy as that. You do not have too many options to choose from but just enough so you can focus on writing and organizing content. It has some nice effects to make articles more eye-candy. Honestly, it's hard to find enough use cases for Microsoft Sway. It does not shine in any aspect. It's not as good as Word as a text editor, not as good as SharePoint as a site. And definitely, not good enough to replace PowerPoint. Its hierarchy method for organizing content might be tricky sometimes. Setting the design is very restrictive, so it never looks as I want, which might be a bit frustrating. Finally, transitions are not always snappy, so I barely use them. I think that, in order for me to use it, Sway has to be clearer about what it offers, or what its use cases could be. If not, I'm probably stop using it once and for all.
