Microsoft Sway Pros and Cons

When I first heard about Sway, I was confused as it was not one of the more common Microsoft products as compared to Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

What I like the most about Microsoft Sway is the quality of the designs and the breadth of features. I mostly use Microsoft Sway for Presentations to clients, Documents, and some Reports. I also love how easy it is to customize all the designs and how easy it is to design, and change layout, themes, etc. It's also an advantage point that Sway is part of the Microsoft Package, making it easy to access and to share. Sway- is a great software! It is very user-friendly and has a lot of useful features. It is easy to navigate and customize to your personal preferences. I appreciate some good features of it like - We can easily insert videos, pictures, documents, and calendars right from the web into our work. Sways let us team up in real-time, lots of us can work on the same Sway together. If things change, Sway keeps track of it all. So, if we need to go back to an old version, it's no big deal.
