We ae using this product from years on our organization and i would say it is one of the good tool that lets you access the emails on outlook, outlook on the web,outlook mobile by connectiong to the exchange online service.It has advanced features like shared mailboxes,shared calenders.There are so many good features in exchange online out of which i like mail flow,migration,insights,Organisation,Transport rules,Anti-spam, anti malware ,anti phisshing protection on emails ,roles,reports,available in Exchange admin center.Administrators can manage the admin tasks from this easy to use and user friendly exchange admin center. Advanced configurartions in exchange admin center requires significant knowledge on poweshell as it requires expertise to perform or automate some tasks,limited customization options available,It has storage limites when it comes to the sharedmailboxes according to the plan choosen,dependancy on good network to deploy the features.
