"Promising Tool with Room to Polish"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I use Copilot a lot for fine-tuning documents, formatting manuals, solving math problems, and writing emails or formal applications. It’s like having a smart assistant in my corner especially helpful when I need things to sound polished without spending hours editing. One time, it caught a formatting error in a product manual that would’ve gone out to clients saved me from a pretty embarrassing situation. Moments like that make it feel genuinely useful. Sure, there are glitches here and there, and it sometimes gets confused with more complex tasks, but for day-to-day stuff? It’s reliable, efficient, and saves me time. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I mostly get frustrated where it miss the mark when the instructions aren’t super clear. It struggles a bit with more nuanced or layered tasks like when I want a document formatted in a specific style or expect it to pick up on subtle context. Occasionally it gives results that feel off or too generic, which means I still have to go in and manually fix things. And when glitches do pop up, they can be frustrating especially when I’m on a deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copilot Studio tries to push AI boundaries forward, but its agents fall flat"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

It's easy to use and understand. Sign up, log in, and just get going - that's how easy it is to implement. Studio allows for some basic integration with "knowledge sources" such as SharePoint, but is still relatively limited to what information it can natively tap into. I've been using it for just under a year now and appreciate the interface design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

The agents aren't the greatest, nor very consistent. The issue I constantly face is I can ask an agent a question, literally not do anything else for 1 minute, repeat the exact same question (copy/paste), and I'll get a response totally different from the first time around. We've experience this with both voice and textual interfaces. It definitely needs refinement and isn't production ready. Customer support isn't there yet either. You might find some answers in forums. But quite simply, as of this moment, it comes down to how much difference changing out words in your description and questions can make.

Another frustrating issue is, for example, a user can define an agent's "knowledge source" to be a SharePoint document library, but not a SharePoint list. THis seems like a basic feature, and can't understand why it's missing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"amazing tool"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Microsoft Copilot Studio stands out for its seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and its intuitive interface for building AI-powered copilots. What I appreciate most is how it empowers developers and non-developers alike to create conversational experiences without needing deep expertise in machine learning. The drag-and-drop designer, built-in connectors, and adaptive cards make it incredibly easy to prototype and deploy solutions quickly. Plus, the ability to extend functionality with custom code and integrate with Power Platform tools adds a lot of flexibility. It’s a game-changer for building smart, scalable assistants tailored to business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

While Microsoft Copilot Studio offers powerful tools for building AI copilots, there are a few areas that could be improved. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when trying to understand the nuances of conversation flow, triggers, and integration with external systems. Documentation, while extensive, sometimes lacks real-world examples or troubleshooting guidance for edge cases. Additionally, performance can occasionally lag when working with complex bots or large datasets, and debugging conversational logic isn’t always straightforward. More granular control over deployment environments and versioning would also be a welcome enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A True AI Teammate - Microsoft Copilot"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Microsoft Copilot Studio offers a seamless and intuitive way to build AI-powered bots, even for non-developers like project managers. I love how easily it integrates with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Planner—allowing me to automate scrum ceremonies, send reminders, generate standup reports, and track team progress. The drag-and-drop interface, pre-built connectors, and natural language flow builder make bot creation feel less like coding and more like designing conversations. It's truly like having an AI teammate that understands context and business needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

While Copilot Studio is powerful, I found limitations when trying to automate certain tasks like auto-starting Microsoft Teams meetings without manual intervention. There isn’t native support yet for bots to initiate meetings independently, which would be a huge productivity boost—especially for Scrum Masters managing recurring agile ceremonies. Additionally, some complex workflows require jumping into Power Automate or writing custom code, which defeats the low-code/no-code promise for more advanced users. Better documentation and templates for real-world use cases would also help streamline bot development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoPilot is AMAZING"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

The upside of CoPilot Studio is I can access CoPilot through multiple products and utilize them all at the same time. I can utilize CoPilot in Outlook while using it in Word, Excel, etc. I have made multiple requests for information in several of these products and had substantially terrific results. One for instance was checking out multiple potential warehousing locations for some products that require both short term and long term storage in for our company, with maintaining a reasonable proximity from the main plant. I was provided with a wealth of information for multiple locations in a very rapid time frame> I was impressed with the speed and accuracy of the content requested. I was able to act quickly in securing and forwarding accurate information to management for review. I am very impressed with CoPilot. I use it a home quite often for other types of requests and have had amazing results. Suffice if to say... I love CoPilot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I was frustrated with inaccuracy within Excel. I had to reframe the same question in multiple queries; it kept repeating incorrect data. I finally gave up using that particular application. This seems to be an area that needs more time to develop better data information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
