Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a useful system to allow you to keep all organisations, contacts and correspondence in one place. The integration with Outlook is a great concept as emails sent can be transferred into CRM without much additional work. The customisation of existing entities is simple and easy to do, and the creation of new entities is also very efficient. Most of the reporting is great and the views can be customised to each user. The integration with Outlook needs work as can slow Outlook down and cause it to crash. Its annoying that sub-entities cannot be used in a view in the same way as standard entities, and also its hard to import into sub-entities. The system has not really been thought about well when considering a global organisation as things such as system views cannot be restricted by organisational unit. This means that personal views are used to do this, but they are linked to a user and not the system.
The graphs are only useful to records in the base currency as they it does a weird calculation for records in a different country. As there is only a base currency for the whole system, its not possible to specify the base currency for each business unit. It would be better to have a third currency for business unit. The system does not completely deliver what is promises to deliver and needs more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

wide range of features and tools might overwhelm new users and require extensive training to fully utilize and cost is high compare to zoho crm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For full disclosure, I have been a Dynamics consultant for more than a decade. I love it that much! I used to tell customers the only thing I couldn't do is have it make coffee for you in the morning. Now, even that is possible. Dynamics is a damn seachange in the way your business can operate to reach its full potential and beyond regardless of your present size. When you bring together the customization, automation and integration capabilities native to Dynamics there truly are no limits. With all the different CRM products that I have implemented over the years, it is very rare that someone leaves Dynamics for the other guy. Infact, its almost always the other way around. Dynamics can have a bit of a learning curve due to the extensive tool sets that are available. However, the user experience can be 100% controlled by the implementer. Additionally, some tools can be complex initially but there is always a very good reason why a tool has been designed to operate the way it does. Additionally, the price point can make it difficult, and a deciding factor, limiting companies in the ability to fully extend the raw power and capabilities of the system deep inside their organizational structures. The price should be half in my opinion and the reunion of the different functions back into a single unified offering once again. The seperation of service from sales from marketing can be problematic for companies to stomach when they are simply just strongly focused entities that could be created with the native XRM customization tools. Great way to track opps. Decent UI/UX. Intigrates into copilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI/UX is hard to learn and navigate. It's like they try to make you think it has a simple UI. At first glance it's simple design seams like it will be easy to navigate but really they just hide buttons within other buttons making it even harder to navigate. At least saleforce doesn't hide buttons. It may be huge and overwhelming but you know where every field is and can search for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft dynamics 365 sales not only has the pipeline of lead creation to the invoicing but due to the new features of co-pilot is something which makes it not only different but the records easy accessible and even summarises with meeting scheduler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
