What do you like best about PowerObjects?

We foundfollowing features very helpful:

1. Low Code Plateforme

2. SaaS Model with high availability

What problems is PowerObjects solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Truly DISMAL customer service and support, products that don't work well, and no autoupdate - AVOID!"

Describe the project or task PowerObjects helped with:

I tried many of their "PowerPack Add-Ons" for Dynamics. And had one of the WORST experiences in my 20+ years as an IT Pro. Their support, both customer and technical, is utterly dismal. I had to connect with execs on Linkedin after WEEKS of my tickets being completely ignored and get them involved to even get responses. And almost every one of the products I tried had "issues". And they have no autoupdate mechansim for any of those PowerPack Add-Ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PowerObjects?

PowerObjects has been working with us through the implementation of CRM, and now as we continually upgrade and improve the system, they have helped us meet the needs of our users & improve the system. What do you like best about PowerObjects?

I like that we have a dedicated person that we've worked with for several years. It's not just a roll of the dice at the help desk -- we know who we are working with, he understands our organization & that makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerObjects?

Because we have loved working with a single person (see best reason) when we've had to change dedicated person over the years, that was disappointing. The replacement was still a quality professional, but there was still a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use PowerSurvey Plus by PowerObjects to send automated customer satisfaction surveys from our MS Dynamics CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PowerObjects?

I love how easy it is to send a survey based on a CRM Dynamics workflow condition. I also love their customer support. They've been very helpful and responsive whenever we've had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerObjects?

The reporting is pretty horrible. For whatever reason, the report does not generate survey questions in the same order as your survey, so if you have an IF THEN conditional question, you'd have to go back into the survey preview to make sense of the questions in the right order. Also - reporting on Matrix questions is absolutely useless data. You have to manually count the responses in Excel to get an accurate count. They could also do a better job to notify clients IN the CRM portal if their PowerSurvey Plus plugin has a new update (we hardly ever go to their website UNLESS there's an issue & most of the time it's fixed after updating the plugin). PowerSurvey Plus charges by the number of active users in your Dynamics CRM. If you have former employees in your database, make sure to clean them up before installing, as you'll be charged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
