I found the initial setup process of Method CRM to be quite challenging and overwhelming, especially for new users or those who are not very technical. Additionally, the interface could use a modern update, and I would like to see deeper integration with other popular tools such as Zapier, WhatsApp, or social media platforms to enhance communication and optimization all in one place.
