I can basically customize the platform to suit my business needs. If I tried to do this with any other platform, it would be costly and not as seamless of an experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the customization of Method the most. Being able to build what you need when you need it has been more then helpful for my team and I. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike about Method, I think you must be aware of what you are signing up for. Out of the box, it's not going to be exactly what you need but with the options of the customization, you can build it to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before Method CRM we used quickbooks exclusively, taking notes on pads of paper and filing them away. Now, I have customers who call from months or years ago and I can see every phone conversation and the notes that were taken. Every time we went out to the customers house and the reason. Method CRM is highly cuzomizable! But as a double edged sword, you almost need to be a coder in order to affectively and efficiently create work flows and reports and porcesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I enjoy most about Method CRM is the Acivities feature. I can make my daily notes, add a follow up time and date, a reminder gets emailed on the due date of the task. Being able to drag emails and other files into the customer's file is so helpful to keep all important files in one place. I also find that using the "Tags" is super helpful when searching for customers that buy certain products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it would be a nice feature to have the date of when each contact was entered into the system. This would help indicate if the contact info is current or not. If and when the contact info is updated then a the date of entry could be refreshed. This would eliminate all the guess work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the user-friendliness of the Method CRM. I was able to learn the whole system within a few weeks of being introduced to it and find it to be very easy to adjust to. I've also reached out to the customer support team (AI bot and live chat) and found answers very easily. I wish there was an option to add photos in line items as we are an engineering firm and sometimes item descriptions just don't do a product justice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tags on the workflow can be a bit confusing. It would be helpful if the end user support was a more helpful for our core user. As an admin user, this not as much of a problem for me.
