What do you like best about Method CRM?

Very easy to sync with Quickbooks Desktop - the best in class in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

Downside is there is no out of the box subtotaling, unless I missed something. I will have to read a lot of documentation to feel comfortable using the system, but I feel that the resources are appropriate in answering my questions.

Have difficulty entering customers as both customers and vendors, generally have issues with the contacts screen. CRM is not as customizable as we would like, compared to Zoho CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

How identically it matches QB. Made the learning curve easier. I like that we can add additional customers under our account so they stay separate but same login credentials. I am always able to reach Phuong or someone on chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

Some things don't integrate so we still need to use QB for a lot of tasks. Were hoping to only use QB for banking. In addition there have been reports that we want to be able to run but it costs additional to get them created. What do you like best about Method CRM?

Method is a great tool for our sales team to track potential customer activity as well as active customers and sync with Quickbooks to see billing and other account information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the only real issue we have is sometimes the Sync feature does not operate as it should. This is normally due to a file name changing during the backup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

The best part for our organization is that customized dashboards can be created. This is how we operate our business workflow. This has not been verified as we are still developing areas of the software. The secondary piece is that it connects to QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

The demonstration and welcoming is lacking. Method seems to be more of an off-the-shelf piece of software that you must learn to use independently. Some customization areas are not explained with the basic training technique, which are videos on their platform. This means you will have to get lucky, be an expert, or pay for the customization. The other area of issue is what is considered to be support or customization. Each purchaser should be prepared for almost all issues to be considered customization and billable. What do you like best about Method CRM?

I mainly am the support user and while I don't use the product like Sales staff, I do have to support it. I'm here to note that support is responsive and the chat support feature actually works, unlike many products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

The biggest issues we've had are more due to our internal setup and that the sync cannot be automated 24/7/365. Our cloud provider kicks connections to QB after a period of time for security compliance and that makes the sync process a manual one. That isn't a Method issue though, and is one for our cloud provider, but is my biggest dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
