The reportinf features can be challenging at times to navigate or compile, if this was improved to be more intuitive and streamlined that would make this product perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great way to generate phishing emails with the ability to download HTML & CSS code from existing emails and use them as a boilerplate for accurate phishing tests allowing great ease of implementation.

You can use these emails for insightful data for future phishing tests to understand the areas of improvement needed for future training.

The best aspects of MC are:

- its ability to audit course and policy progress, we use this to audit how far staff have come in their training as well as to audit policies, policy versions and agreements to make sure we are compliant.

- Its large library of pre-installed material is great and keeps updating regurlarly, this ensures users are trained in all the Cybersec basics

- It can be difficult to learn how to use effectively, though they can help with training

- implementation was not super easy specially since we want to use an API, but again, support is quite helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an admin it's very quick and easy to upload new content and assign it to users. The reporting is very user friendly and allows me to get insights into completion via user or via course. If we ever have any questions or additional requests Customer Success Manager, Sean Russell has always been very helpful with these and will put something in place to help us. We can have under a single platform all the training about Information Security, Secure Coding and such. I really find the courses interesting and never boring. Many colleagues told me that MetaCompliance training pills are really funny and interesting to watch. For the Audits it's really useful because you can directly have all the tyoe of reports that the auditor will you about and also you can show a large variety of topics that most standard trainings don't cover. I'd think about the timing of the new courses to be released: I understand that courses that a lot of time to be written, created and then animated but sometimes we would like to have a certain topic out in a specific period.

It has a huge suite of training videos on all Cyber Topics inlcluding NIS2. Its integration with Teams is excellent and makes it easy to access for all our staff. Aaron is our Customer Success Manager and he is responsive, knowledgeable and helpful which is exactly what is required when taking on a new platform like Metacompliance. Initially I felt Metacompliance was a little bit clunky in setting up courses and selecting material, editing the email notification for all staff etc but you do get used to how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just by changing suppliers to MetaCompliance we grew our engagement instantly by 40%, making my job much easier. Implementation was quick and easy. Our employees enjoy the trainings, whilst important topics are covered and reinforced through story telling. We roll out training on a monthly basis, but we can tailor these to specific job titles, which increases engagement. The weekly reminders sent to managers are very useful and reduce the overdue training rate. The reporting functionalities are great, and the new risk dashboard provides useful insight. Over the past few years, MetaCompliance has proven to be a very reliable tool for fitting cyber security training into a tight work schedule.

The course creation allows for the planning and scheduling of recurring training. In addition, the onboarding of new employees is easy. Thus I am able to schedule monthly trainings on a regular basis.

The interface is user friendly, the content is updated on a montly basis, and you an choose from a pool of videos on different topics and addressed to different audiences among the organisation. The team is supportive and available all the time.
