What do you like best about Merren Customer Survey Platform?

The sign up process with Merren was straightforward. Everything on the dashboard is easy to understand and access.

The software gave our team the ability to swiftly create Whatsapp surveys. This procedure significantly increased our response rate. Meanwhile, the engagement rates were higher than usual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Merren Customer Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used traditional forms to collect feedback in past but our customers never replied. We have been looking to do it better for a long time. WhatsApp based surveys sounded promising. We tried Merren to see if this would increase our response rates and it did. Merren has helped us overcome the challenge of engaging users via traditional survey methods. Voice notes. No one wants to type anymore. With voice capable surveys, we have been able to collect and analyse indepth, unstructured responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some integrations needs assistance from Merren team. Would be cool if it's entirely possible to do it without CX help - they are quick to respond, but I prefer doing things by myself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
