Easy acsess to gathering feedbak from students, good way of creating student activity in class and outside class, great tool for making reflection on different topics, nice way of cheking the students progress and understanding, to use as guidance for me in planning to make sure the teaching is at the rigth level.
Great follow-up by the Mentimeter team
Easy to use, doesn´t need a lot of training besides the introductions on Mentimeters webpage/blog
Great inspirational blog and academy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with powerpoint is a bit tricky to set up and we have experienced that it doesn´t always work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful part of Mentimeter is the intuitive and flexible interface, which allows users to design and run engaging activities before, during, and after meetings or events anonymously. I love the variety of questions and content types available to me as a user. It adds an extra layer to a meeting or event and saves time documenting responses and ideas. I've never had to contact customer support, but I know where to find it quickly should I need it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say that I dislike anything in particular. Some previously appreciated features have been removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've tried other websites to create word clouds. By comparison, Mentimeter is the easiest to use. The sign-in process for both students and facilitators is quick and effortless. I also enjoy how responsive it is. I get results from the survey instantaneously, which improves engagement. Creating a QR code is a breeze-especially for the less tech savy user. In addition, the font size and color scheme is not distracting. Overall, it's a great tool, and I look forward to exploring other capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Of course, I will there were more free options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an interactive way to share ideas and collaborate on different topics. You can include different types of questions (multiple choice, ranking, etc.) and either upload your own images or choose from a large database. It is easy to set up and control. There is a great library of themes and templates to choose from and get inspiration from. At the end of the presentation you can easily download the results. You can easily integrate it into different types of meetings on either a frequent or infrequent basis. I have not had to use customer support yet as the tool is really intuitive. When setting up and presenting via Mentimeter, I have not experienced anything that I did not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mentimeter is easy to use and makes sessions highly interactive. Integrating my Google Slides was seamless and added to the experience. It allows the audience to get involved and provide input effortlessly. The ability to export results for future engagement is a great feature. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. There aren't too many negative points, but switching between Google Slides and Mentimeter wasn't seamless. I couldn't continue with the clicker and had to use the computer mouse to manually click the next arrow going from the Google Slides to the Mentimeter (the other way around it worked fine). Not sure why that was, but it was a little annoying in terms of presentation flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely easy to set up and use. It provides a clear output and it is very easy to share with participants. It increased interactivity and engagement on a long training session that would have otherwise been a monologue. It was very simple to incorporate into my existing training presentation. On top of that, at the end of the presentation, it allowed me to download the results easily and in a format perfect for sharing with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not see any downsides at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is great to be able to immediately visualise audience comments to fellow audience members. It is great to get discussions started without spending so long on individual brainstorming, since one idea might spark other ideas easily in others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The PowerPoint integration can be reasonably flawed at times. I use it often, so it would be great if it worked closer to 90% of the time as opposed to less. Admittedly though I did not contact customer support about this, who may be able to easily implement a fix to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My college students were fully engaging in the Mentimeter activity that we used to review for our first quiz of the semester. They loved the competitive aspect, animated characters from which to chose, and the instant feedback. We are already planning to add more questions for our next review day and they are exercising their clicker fingers! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a learning curve in moving the slideshow forward. Sometimes it worked to advance the slide and other times I had to press enter. I'm sure that is just operator error though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently started lecturing using Menti without PowerPoint. I particularly enjoyed how it enhanced audience engagement through interactive slides. The use of open-ended questions, polls, and ratings allowed for dynamic and participatory sessions. Incorporating quizzes with a leadership board also effectively gamified the class, enriching the student experience and making learning more enjoyable and interactive. It could benefit from a more flexible slide design, multiple answer options in quizzes, and easier image positioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
