What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Zack and Steve are an extension of our UK&I sales team. We work very closely to ensure that they are focussing on the requirements of our business. There is always an education piece at the start but both have quickly learned the technology and competitive market place. This confidence has resulted in lots of meetings being generated with very good qualification before and great communication during and after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Nothing really. Whatever is asked Zack and Steve will both go out of their way to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They were a great team to work with and have nothing negative to say about them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

When you work with MemoryBlue your success will be aligned with how prepared you are to share GTM strategy, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), FAQ, Competitive Differentiation, etc. These are basics to make sure MemoryBlue can atke the data you provide and build a successful campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you are a start-up ramping a sales team can take time. Getting started with an outsourced SDR firm is a quick way to get results that can help fund sales team expansion. It is also a #'s game. If you are selling a product finding those that need your product is very time consuming for high paid enterprise reps. MemoryBlue provides velocity to find prospects NOW. What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Operatix delivers reliable services that align well with our business requirements. Their approach to collaboration means that they actively engage with us as partners, fostering a collaborative environment that allows for a shared exchange of insights, strategies, and ideas as we work towards a shared goal of generating new business revenue for our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

I appreciate Operatix's services and approach; however, implementing tighter qualification criteria would enable us to refine the appointment setting process more effectively, ultimately boosting our appointment to opportunity conversion rates. This adjustment could streamline our focus on prospects more likely to convert, optimising the efficiency of our overall sales pipeline. High levels of re-schedules are frustrating on both sides but we appreciate this is often in the hands of the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operatix has been instrumental in helping to drive our new business pipeline growth. Their services have enhanced our lead generation efforts, resulting in a number of potential business development opportunities for our external sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

The team is very professional and listens to our needs. After a short meeting they were able to quickly grasp our business and develop an appropriate talk track to identify quality leads, pitch our product, handle objections, and ultimately get some meetings. We work together to constantly refine the pitch and improve along the way and have developed a successful partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

The team has been really helpful. It was less successful with random outreach but focusing on existing accounts for expansion has made a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

We saw less success when pure cold calling but when we switched to ABM campaigns based on success with existing accounts we've seen much better results. If you help provide information for them and some proof points it will make a big difference in the success rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue is helping us with outreach for existing accounts to find whitespace areas of growth. We don't have the manpower or expertise to do this effeciently ourselves and they bring much better experience and process to generate leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue was a complete and utter disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality leads for their team or a good buying experience for their prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Dishonest team and sales practice. Having started my career at an outsourced business development company, this was a total disapointment becuase I know that not everyone out there operates this way and it's a shame company's out there like this give the practice a bad name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hired memoryblue for a pilot program to test outsourced business development meeting scheduling for our team. Immediately upon entering into the agreement with memoryBlue, we were told that things promised during the sales cycle were not available (call recordings for scheduled meetings, analytics and metrics, etc), and every time we would challenge them on what had been told to us, we were told it was because of the package we purchased.

The team changed over multiple times during our short project, and of the 20 meetings scheduled, 18 were completely unqualified, with the wrong buyer personas, wrong company types, and had absolutely no intent on engaging in a sales cycle. Several prospects told me that they had been tricked into agreeing to the conversation or sent an invite blindly after responding to an email and no conversation or qualification ever took place.

The team we worked with changed over multiple times during the project, and it was obvious that none of them put any effort into learning our product, messaging, or value prop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
