What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Proffesional, efficient and process driven organisation that understood the needs of the customer, and provided a high quality SDR services.

Individual that was assigned to our project was a fantastic example of a professional Sales Rep, and performance for meetings booked exceeded targets and expectations.

Operational & management support was superb at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Focus on short term KPIs with our can mean less flexibilty in type of work / focus of the individuals, and can sometimes reward behaviours that are not preferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

A superb choice for SDR-led projects.

Ensure when setting KPIs that they align with your business needs.

Utilise management and operational support from operatix. Provide them with a detailed view of the type of individuals that would suit your project - for us they certainly delivered on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

We like that Operatix have quickly become an extension of our team. They're very accessible and are willing to invest in building and perfecting their pitch and playbooks. There's one resource we like in particular as she's producing more and higher quality meetings than everyone else in the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Nothing to dislike about Operatix per se. It did take a little longer for the team to ramp up compared to what we were told to expect. After 3-4 months we're starting to see improvements in the number and quality of appointments booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Commit to the Operatix service for at least 6 months to properly assess the impact on your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operatix are helping us fulfill the SDR function to accelerate lead generation and pipeline creation. Using their service allows us to focus our resources on what we do best, which is qualify, develop and close sales opportunities. For Operatix to deliver, you will need to spend the efforts and allow the time needed for their team to learn enough about your product and company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue achieved outstanding results - beating all estimates of appointment setting. They provided our sales team with a stream of qualified sales leads. Our account manager was fantastic at staying on top of the situation and providing weekly touch points so we were all on the same page with the number of dials, the success rate of meeting settings, and the quality of the leads generated. Our SDR was top notch and learned the industry pain points quickly and was relentless at dialing and getting meetings scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

DIdn't really experience any down sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

We were not able to fully integrate memoryBlue into our internal systems (for example, we could not provide SDRs with corporate email accounts). This did make out SDR's lives more challenging. I'd highly recommend considering how you will integrate them fully into your email and sales pipeline management systems.

Also, they will only be successful if you stay engaged and help the SDRs understand your market, the pain points and the processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We launched a brand new offering within an organization that had no history of sales or sales development. memoryBlue provided an outsourced sales development capability with meeting setting for executives and sales leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

I really enjoy working with the Operatix team: the resources are you biggest value!

I work with Mattia Paviera in my region, and I am really happy with him. Excellent professional and with a proactive attitude, he has booked a number of meetings with new logos, and except for one person, all the rest are the right target personas (even the one who is not the right target persona could be a good way for us to get into the account). In my case, we already have two meetings that have become S1, and soon will be S2 and hopefully will progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Besides my assigned SDR, I do not interact with Operatix. There is nothing in particular that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have an assigned SDR to support Business Development in my region/accounts. Since we started working with Operatix, I have seen an increase in the funnel of opportunities to pursue in 2024. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Structured approach to outreach. Our SDR is excellent: meticulous in his approach, and committed to continuous learning, joining sales calls to gain insight he can apply to future outreach. Our account manager is also empathetic and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Took a while to get a quote back when we were looking to explore other services, and the weekly reporting format could be a bit slicker, but nothing material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Would recommend. They deliver a lot of value when you are prepared to put the effort in from an onboarding and ongoing feedback perspective - so advise putting in the miles at the beginning of the relationship and building a decent living feedback loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operatix helps us increase sales capacity and cover more target accounts more quickly as we position our AI capabilities to a highly receptive business audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

The team that we are working with are very professionsal subject matter experts. They we quick to learn our service offerings resulting in the immediate booking of sales appoinments. As we have moved thru the procerss the Memory Blue team is quick tpivot on what we learn is working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

We are just above three months into the implementation and have not had any issues. My only request for improvement would be that the client portal have the ability to support mulitple logins. As a security professional sharing passwords and logins is not recomended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Once you have choosen Memory Blue as your SDR partner, the most important success factor will be to complete the vendor onboarding documents that comunicate to Memory Blue was separates you from you competition. Have your subject matter experts (not sales team) meet with your SDR's and share capabilities to help educate the SDR on service / product offerings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our firm did not have the inhouse expertise or capacity to manage a successful SDR program. After looking at the cost to build an inhouse program it became clear that outsourcing was a much better and cost effective option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

memoyBlue provides their SDR's with some of the best training which ultimately allows them to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to improve their sales performance and enhance their careers long-term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue has a focus on booking a high quantity of meetings; it's up to the AE to gain interest and keep the prospect going through the sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

It's worth a discussion to at least see what memoryBlue can potentially bring to your business from a sales perspective. If your company is looking to grow or has a product that is being pushed to a new market, it could always be helpful to use the skill and experise of memoryBlue to see how much interest the industry has rather than using the ample time and resources it takes to put a sales team together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue allows businesses who have little to no sales staff or exeperience bring in more opportunties. By providing the right tools and training for their SDR's, memoryBlue allows companies to not have to focus on their outreach efforts while still having their pipeline and number opportunities increase. What do you like best about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue is very flexible and can pivot quickly to meet needs. If something isn't working they actively seek a solution and move quickly to make the necessary changes. The transparency with mB is also something I greatly appreciate. Big shout out to Riley Montegomery, Jacy Pringle, and Isabella Porreco, they have been amazing to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the short tenure of the SDRs. I understand being an SDR is an entry level position but we can lose a couple weeks when training a new SDR. Bottom line though is they do this quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

If your sales team is a group of hunters that are not proficient at lead qualification and follow up then you should consider memoryBlue. I can't say enough positive things about my experience over the past year and I'm looking forward to great things from the group in 2024. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

My sales team was not producing enough opportunities from cold outreach/semi-warm leads and we had to make a change. We partnered with memroyBlue and the team there quickly understood our business needs and put a plan in place to drive sales qualified leads to the sales team. We have been avaraging between 3 - 7 SQLs weekly and as such have built a significant amount of pipeline and closed won business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
