The agents are skilled and learn quickly. They are an extension of your company, learn your brand, success stories and messaging, help build prospect lists, and provide great feedback during the campaign process. There is nothing explicitly unhelpful about memoryBlue. If you need outbound and don't have a fast way forward. They're a plug and play option. Because it is a growing organization, they are less process heavy than others, at time, we had to request or build a process together. On one hand, it allows for the clients to co-design the processes, on the other hand, it is not for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a high touch, high quality team to grow alongside your business, Operatix might be a great fit.

We needed added support for a new project and Operatix came in at the right time. They are flexible, responsive, and adapted to the many changes we made throughout our working relationship.
