What do you like best about memoryBlue?

What I like best about Operatix is their professional and strategic approach to engaging with our dormant partners. They were able to uncover valuable insights through their thorough and effective communication. Their ability to gather detailed feedback on why partners had not moved forward and identify those interested in re-engagement has significantly aided our partner reactivation efforts. Their commitment to client satisfaction and regular updates throughout the process ensured a smooth and informative experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

While our overall experience with Operatix was highly positive, there were a few minor areas for improvement. Reporting could have been more detailed in terms of specific partner feedback. This is something that maybe we could of provided more detail to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

I highly recommend Operatix. Their professional and strategic approach, combined with thorough communication and regular updates, ensures a seamless and effective process. Gathering valuable insights and identifying re-engagement opportunities, making them a valuable partner for improving sales and marketing efforts. Their commitment to understanding and addressing client needs sets them apart as a top choice for partner reactivation services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We engaged Operatix to make sales calls to our dormant partners—those who had signed up for our partner programme but had not yet onboarded any clients (classified as inactive partners). The primary objectives were to understand their initial motivation for signing up, identify barriers that prevented them from moving forward, and gauge their interest in reconnecting with an account executive to facilitate their onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Operatix! We appreciate your feedback on areas for improvement, and we will take your comments into consideration to enhance our reporting and provide more detailed partner feedback in the future.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

They have a strong of what works and what does not work in nurturing leads through thier approach to muiti touch cadences that results in qualified meetings. They also welcome and act on feedback so we can continuaouly refine our targeting and nurturing for better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

MemoryBlue is providing a team of B2B SDR's to set qualifie sales meetings and follow up on marketing qualified leads. We opted to outsource this function versus hiring a team internally. Our MemoryBlue team of reps has quickly absorbed our sales enablement materials on our divese range of services and quickly hit the market setting quality meetings for our sales team. This has helped us grow our pipeline and have a strong start to the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:
