What do you like best about memoryBlue?

The sales process was solid, but that was the only positive thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

First of all the most important thing with Outsources SDR's is booking meetings and pipeline and we got 0, so that says everything about the experience. But on top of that, they also weren't able to give us any data around activity metrics during the engagement. We only got the data after we already terminated the agreement. I still can't believe they actually did all the activities, because 0 meetings in 3 months is just unacceptable. We have proven both with internal SDR's but also another SDR agency that outbound for this industry works, but they still justified their lack of performance by a difficult industry.

For onboading we also send them a comprehensive package of competitor battlecards, sales decks and a lot of information about the market, but on multiple calls they were asking still really basic questions, that they would've known the answer to if they had read any material we send them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

It's one thing to not book any meetings, but how they handled the communication and the relationship was even worse. Based on our experience I'd recommend to stay away from Operatix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a 3 month engagement with Operatix to book us meetings in SMB to MM in the UK. They booked 0 in 3 months. We had two agencies with similar lists & conditions and the other agency booked 30 in that same time. On top of that, they weren't able to give us any activity metrics and they didn't go through any of the material they requested about the market & our company. What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Relationship and quality of callers, the willingness of management to engage from the CEO down to the caller. The Caller's industry relationships and expertise shone throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Very little, had some process issues, quickly ironed out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Engage, engage and engage. Threat them as part of your team, not a "supplier". Mirror their efforts.. If they ask for something, deliver, then ask back, and they will deliver. After 25 years of dealing with a whole range of outcomes from outbound "cold calling" appointment-setting agencies, I had some scepticism about them. I was wrong to be concerned; they did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Introduction to new customers of a highly technical networked IT security product. Massive success on outbound calling to our chosen audience, establishing the initial meetings and gaining an audience to demonstrate too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Our memoryBlue manager is fantastic to work with. He is constantly coaching our SDRs and is committed to the success of our campaigns. The SDR job is hard and memoryBlue does a great job of helping ensure anyone on our campaign feels set for success and remains engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

There is always churn in SDR roles. This is hard when you get a campaign going and lose a resource. That said, memoryBlue has clear hiring and training programs and does a great job backfilling and getting people up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a few false starts with our own internal SDR programs and realized we needed a team that is focused on training and ongoing enablement in order for these resources to be successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
