What do you like best about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

My alignment with memoryBlue helped create a foundational SDR team at Evident.io, Automox, and Productboard. Our SDR team at Evident.io went on to help scale company revenue by 4 X and we were acquired by Palo Alto Networks. We scaled an SDR team at Automox from 3 to 30 within 12 months largely due to our partnership with memoryBlue which allowed us to hit our board-level targets. At Productboard, we quickly scaled our San Francisco hybrid office culture by partnering with memoryBlue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

Lack of international presence but recent Operatix acquisition solved that challenge.

Many SDRs are recent college graduates that have great work ethic, willingness to learn, but they might not have extensive experience in your space. Whether building your own team directly or having mB support your efforts, I would recommend using 2 + SDRs at once for many reasons such as collaboration, sharing best practices, accountability, etc. You can ultimately hire the strongest performer or increase them from half-time to full-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue - formerly Operatix:

Whether looking to invest initially into an SDR org or to supplement your current pipeline efforts, memoryBlue can quickly get ramped to provide you with industry-leading best practices at little risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue - formerly Operatix solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue has helped scale our SDR org's quickly, brought an added layer of talent screening, industry-leading prospecting best practices, and a high degree of outbound culture/mindset.

memoryBlue was instrumental in helping to scale out our Sales Development Organizations at Evident.io, Automox, and Productboard with strong talent. The screening that memoryBlue provides while hiring talent creates an additional layer of recruiting expertise that allowed us to hire very strong talent from our campaign.

memoryBlue’s culture of hustle and accountability have repeatedly helped uplift the overall caliber of my teams. All while having strong growth-mindsets, curiosity, and willingness to consistently improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue - formerly Operatix

Mike - Thank you so much for this thoughtful and comprehensive review! It is genuinely rewarding to hear how pivotal our partnership has been in helping you scale SDR organizations across multiple companies, from Evident.io to Automox and Productboard. Seeing your success stories—the rapid team expansion, the impressive revenue growth, and even acquisition—is exactly the impact we strive to create for all our clients.

Our goal is always to identify and nurture individuals who bring curiosity, hustle, and accountability to the table, so it is encouraging to know this approach is positively impacting your teams.

Thank you once again for trusting us to be part of your growth journey. We are committed to maintaining this level of support and look forward to continuing to help you meet your goals!

What do you like best about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

Quick to get up to speed and very flexible around leveraging our internal systems for outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

MemoryBlue is a little expensive, however they proved their model works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue - formerly Operatix:

I was super hesitent to leverage an outside resource to augment our SDR team for a specific LOB we have. After an informative sales process MemoryBlue answered all of my questions and we went into a 90 day trail. That 90 day trial lead to an 8 month highly successful engagement. The SDR resource we worked with at MemoryBlue was very professional and worked well with our existing SDR team. He was one of us internally and externally facing.

We met with both Brian our SDR and Joey his manager once a week to be sure everything was on track. This allowed us to stay on top of any adjustments that were needed along the way. Joey and the leadership in the Austin office were a pleasure to work with. They understood how important it was to have Brian work inside of our systems and helped us get that set up quickly and securely.

My expectations were blown out of the water. Brian was up and running and setting meetings in his 2nd week! He was top of the pack in meeting creation week after week. I highly reccomend MemoryBlue for however you need to augment your SDR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Communicative, accurate, quick, and quantifiable impact on our hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue is a bit expensive, requiring a percentage of hired-employee salary as their fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

This is the best recruiting firm we fielded out of four total options we considered in our space.

memoryBlue was the most accurate in candidate handoff to our requirements, and never put us in front of a bad candidate.

We had a surplus of qualified candidates for the roles we needed to hire, which has left us with an extended pipeline of connections for future hires on top of their immediate impact.

One of the most proficient Account Executives I've worked with in Rebecca Yaunches.

Great service with tangible delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue helped PhishingBox staff SDR roles with exact fits to our industry experience, sales experience, and personality requirements. We had so many quality candidates, we had to debate internally about who would be hired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue

We appreciate your recommendation and are thrilled to have provided you with a surplus of qualified candidates for your roles. It is great to hear that Rebecca Yaunches provided you with great service and tangible delivery. We look forward to continuing to support your hiring needs in the future.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Speed of sourcing candidates. Profesionalism and persistence. Quality of candidates sourced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Leveraging a head hunter can be a more expensive way to go, but memoryBlue's rates are competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are repeat customers of memoryBlue and engaged with them recently to hire 3 Account Executives in specific geographies. Ben Skinner did an amazing job sourcing the right candidates in a very short period of time. We needed to hire quickly to meet our growth goals and I couldn't be happier with Ben's speed of execution and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Ben. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue

Thank you for your feedback! We understand that cost is an important factor, and we strive to provide competitive rates while delivering top-quality candidates. We're glad to hear that Ben was able to meet your hiring needs quickly and professionally.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

The smooth communication with my BDR as well as his understanding of my objectives and his ability to quickly identify business cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

No dislike experience to share about Operatix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

It's very important to be clear about our objectives and expectations from the outset, because that's what enables us to generate results quickly. Communication is also important, so that we can immediately change strategy if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a Funnel Creation problem because I couldn't find enough time to prospect new business teams on my accounts. Operatix helped me to target business contacts and initiated cold calling actions to plan discovery meetings. These meetings helped me to discover and qualify business pain points in order to build a solid compelling event and accelerate my sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue

It is great to hear that our BDR has been able to meet your objectives and provide valuable support. We understand the importance of clear communication and aligning strategies to drive results. Thank you for sharing your experience!

What do you like best about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

Highly skilled team that worked to understand the messaging and suggest what could and couldn't work. The team working with us was highly skilled and grasped the concept and over achieved our expectations. The relationship manager was great and provided support whenever needed and was always on call to suggest improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

Outsourcing a function is challenging at times as you need constant back and forth but happy with the level of support we received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue - formerly Operatix:

Take time to define messaging to ensure it resonates

Taken onboard advice from relationship managers and define target market

Speak to the team frequently and let them work as an sales extension oppose to outsourced partner

Define challenges as a collective and understand the challanges you solve oppose to product and features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue - formerly Operatix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having launched in the UK recently we didn't want to spend vast amounts on recruiting someone in the region before understanding if there is a market. Operatix provided this service and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Not only did they take time to understand our business offering but helped us shape our messaging to suit the market to ensure ROI is achieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue - formerly Operatix

We are delighted to have been able to assist you in understanding the UK market and shaping your messaging to achieve a positive ROI. Thank you for choosing Operatix and for sharing your experience with us!

What do you like best about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

Our recent change of account Manager (Ali Pasha) has proved to be an excellent step up for us in terms of project management. He has a keen eye for detail and is always willing to aid us in any way he can to help us achieve our goals - in particular around our specific, and often detailed, internal reporting requirements. A pleasure to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue - formerly Operatix?

There is nothing I feel that I dislike about Operatix. Any problems or hurdles we encounter are dealth with swiftly and in a professional manner and always with a 'can-do' attitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue - formerly Operatix:

The Operatix team have proved to be an absolute asset to us and I would highly reccommend partnering with them to provide top quality leads - a great addition to any existing marketing/sales/demand gen team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue - formerly Operatix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having worked with Operatix for nearly two years now we have found that they are an excellent lead gen partner. Their SDR Jason Mossison has proved to be key asset for us with his knowledge of our GTM strategy and keeness to absorb as much intel as possible in order to make the right calls to the right audience - opening up some fantastic leads for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johanna Prieto of memoryBlue - formerly Operatix

I can't think of a downside, I would gladly recommend Big Country and his team to any hiring manager or prospective candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Memory Blue, and in partcular "Big Country" and his team have connected Deltek with a solid group of candidates. Those we hired have gone on to become reliable, top performers within our teams.
