The scoring is vague and UI navigation is confusing.
- What does a 4 or 5 mean call wise? How is it score, what are the paramenters? I've seen calls that from a scoring perspective should be terrible as they don't lead to anything while amazing calls get low scores even though they end up closing a deal etc.

I see meetrecord as my call Buddy. It is extremely effective when we have continuous calls, you can refer to the Summary at the end of the day. One thing I love about the summary is the structure. There are various best things in the MeetRecord it captures the sales conversations and analyzes the call, the integration follow is smooth with the various CRM's and Dialer's as well there are trackers functionality which can track word's spoken in the call. We have been using MeetRecord for several months now and it is helpful in more ways than one. The first way we use it is to watch our sales calls, like watching Game Day footage, to see how we perform and where we can shore up the process. Some of the other features we use and appreciate are the Call Scoring, Deal Health Monitor, and AI Recap/Summary of the calls.
MeetRecord has been awesome when it comes to meeting with us to work on the specifics of our calls and what we are looking for in the summaries and minute-by-minute recaps, making sure that the insight AI provides us is most useful to our team.

The AI report doesn't quite get the speaker right. I'm not sure why this is, this happens even between clearly female and male voices (deep and high). The "summary/conclusion" is very sales based and so red flags and actions are aligned with sales, I use it in a CS account management setting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
