Program is straight forward and user friendly for most billing needs. Program is well designed and they are always coming up with ways to make billing easier. They appreciate their clients and welcome input. Always quick to respond to questions and problems. The system easily integrates with our EMR program. Electronic payments and ERA's are easy to post. My favorite thing about MedEvolve is the Customer Service team. Most times, my issues are resolved in one call or email. In a busy office, this is a valuable time safer.

My office had already been using MedEvolve for over 10 years prior to my joining them. I believe we are underutilizing the program. The biggest downside is I don't know what I don't know.

The program itself is great, we don't have issues with running the program, it's easy to navigate and overall an easy program to teach and learn. Medevolve has many features and the analytics available to us is vast. The best thing about Medevolve though is their customer service. POSTING IS AS EASY AS CLICKING ON THE CHECK TELL IT TO POST DONE REPORTS ARE EASY TO USE JUST TELL IT WHAT YOU WANT DONE WE USE THE FEATURES OF POSTING CHECKS AND ENTERING CLAIMS EVERYDAY AND IT HAS YET TO GO DOWN FOR A LONG LENGTH OF TIME. MedEvolve is a great company. I like on how easy it is to create appointments and schedules. How easy it is to find accounting answers to questions we may have. Data mining is useful to create reports needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I do not like about MedEvolve is that I can't pick up the phone and ask a question. I can email them but it usually take over 48 hrs to receive a reply. Trying to balance at the end of the day or the next day is impossible. Data mining is great for reporting but if all is not found there, I have to request a custom report and I can't add to this like in Data mining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MedEvolve organizes workflows at all levels. For the staff, we are able to organize their follow up worklists in a manner that is meaningful and easily reassign as needed. The tasking function streamlines the communication with other departments. Our Business Office leadership team is able to easily monitor productivity and how the collectors are working the accounts.
