What do you like best about Matador?

Matador is very user-friendly and easy for staff to use. I have had tools that seemed good, but our staff never used it. Matador is plug and play and our entire staff used it right away without any issues. The Matador customer support team helped us get setup and is always available for any questions or needs. What do you like best about Matador?

Matador has a placement on our site that makes sure that our customers can get the best experience for whatever their needs may be. It has a great widget that enables us to communicate with our customers via SMS to make sure that contact is done quickly. What do you like best about Matador?

Most client are more comfortable texting than calling, i like the fact that i can text with my clients without necessary having to give them my personnal phone number Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matador?

A lot of client think that they can call us with matador, which is not the case, the phone logo should not be there. Sometimes, even if I already read the message and clicked on mark as read, i'll get notification saying that I didnt see the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matador?

To begin with, the user interface is pretty straightforward, using their SMS widget gives a great conversion boost because people feel like they can connect to a human immediately, and are able to communicate with our business from the comfort of their phones. Matador has allowed us to generate at least 500 5-star google reviews which puts us at the top rank in Google Maps. It's a feature that I could not find anywhere else. In addition that Matador.ai is only software so far that allows our business development team to contact a lead in less than 5 minutes, very consistently and help us minimize the leak of leads.

What do you dislike about Matador?

Like any new innovative platform, new features are added every week and training our BDR team to use them can be a bit overwhelming, especially with larger organizations. I would also be happier if it had more integrations with third-party software, nonetheless, it does have integrations with major channels such as Facebook leads which is the source for much of our leads. What do you like best about Matador?

Is an easy way to stay in touch with prospects and convert them into new leads. Also, the platform is easy to integrate with our CRM which gives us the chance to reimpact by SMS leads that did not finalize the purchase process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matador?

easy communication with the customers, also there is a higher reach rate now by texting then trying to reach them by email. other than that haven't seen something similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to put my cellphone number so i can have a direct reach of my customers and conversations, other than always openning the app through a link that keeps popping up every time a customer answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matador?
