Product Description

Pro Insight is a manual review solution that helps risk management teams around the world verify identities. In one comprehensive view, Pro Insight allows users to assess both digital and traditional identity attributes and their relation to one another. The tool also features a Confidence Score and the top signals that influence it, proprietary Network Insights, an interactive distance calculation map, robust admin tools and analytics, and direct workflow integrations.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Pro Insight is powered by the Ekata Identity Engine (EIE), the first and only of its kind. EIE is made up of three key components. The first is our Identity Graph, built with over 20 years of sourced data and over 100 authoritative sources. Graph validates identity attributes and the linkages between other elements. The second component is our Identity Network. Whereas Graph validates the relationship between identity elements, Network performs the behavior analysis; it assesses what that identity does, while flagging any anomalous behavior in their transaction history. The last component is our Machine Learning (ML) layer. Our ML layer is comprised of complex models leveraging Graph and Network to build derived attributes with high predictive power, such as Confidence Score, Network Score, and IP risk. We also created a proprietary testbed that allows us to test the predictability of a new feature in as little as 15 minutes.

What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

I started using Ekata when it was called WPP (White Pages Pro). With one click I can verify the information matches the order I'm reviewing for possible fraudulent activity. It gives information on the phone number, address and verifies if the email is valid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

It's accurate only 70% of the time. I've been able to find the info I need utilizing free tools sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
