The service is easy to use, and they're willing to work with you to figure out the best solution for what you're trying to accomplish. Also, the price to setup and get our app published was very reasonable. This is a great product that helps me extend my brand, provide my customers access to my business, and stimulate existing customers to come in more, and spend more when they do. I noticed that in the last few months Mass Mobile has released a lot of new features, which is great, but the tutorials introducing the new features as well as how to use them did not come out as fast. This is a full loyalty program, and CRM bundled into a beautiful mobile app for my business. We had a loyalty program before, but i did not have great results with it, but with our app, we were able to log and track each customer in our program, and the really great part was in exchange for us giving our customers rewards, they gave us access to themselves. its not really something that I disliked, but it take me time to figure out the best ways to get my customers to download and use the app. Some great tips, make sure you include reference of your app, with links to the respective app stores, on all your marketing materials.
