What do you like best about Mass Mobile Apps?

It was important for me to have flexibility when designing my apps, and Mass Mobile Apps I can make beautiful apps with the most flexibility, there are no templates or layouts, and your imagination is the only limit.

What do you dislike about Mass Mobile Apps?

I noticed that in the last few months Mass Mobile has released a lot of new features, which is great, but the tutorials introducing the new features as well as how to use them did not come out as fast. Before I signed up i looked at a few other companies, I just had a level of comfort with the guys at Mass Mobile Apps, so I went with my gut and I am glad I did. What do you like best about Mass Mobile Apps?

Everyone I have worked with at Mass Mobile is responsive and makes taking care of my business a priority. The service is easy to use, and they're willing to work with you to figure out the best solution for what you're trying to accomplish. Also, the price to setup and get our app published was very reasonable. This is a great product that helps me extend my brand, provide my customers access to my business, and stimulate existing customers to come in more, and spend more when they do. Problem solved: a way to communicate and engage my customers...we use all the same channels everyone else does, facebook, twitter, instagram, emails...while these methods are important, i felt that we were just one of a million other businesses that did the same thing. With our own app, our customers really do view us with more credibility...they think we must be doing well to be able to afford our own app. In short, a great tool that helps me communicate with my customers!

The #1 benefit is that it has boosted my sales by almost 23%. It took us about 6 months to really start seeing some traction, but soon after that we definitely have seen an increase. And our app promotions have been HUGE!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Custom Loyalty App"

What do you like best about Mass Mobile Apps?

This is a full loyalty program, and CRM bundled into a beautiful mobile app for my business. We had a loyalty program before, but i did not have great results with it, but with our app, we were able to log and track each customer in our program, and the really great part was in exchange for us giving our customers rewards, they gave us access to themselves. We now have the ability to send targeted marketing messages to our customers, by Push Notifications, SMS, and email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mass Mobile Apps?

its not really something that I disliked, but it take me time to figure out the best ways to get my customers to download and use the app. Some great tips, make sure you include reference of your app, with links to the respective app stores, on all your marketing materials. And you train your staff to ask your customers if they have the app or not, at the point of purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great product, and a great team. I looked at a lot of other solutions, but found this to be the most robust, and offered the most value for my business. I know the founders have a lot of experience in the retail arena, and it really shows in the product. All of the features that are available, are perfect for retail.

I really was able to solve 2 main problems, with the implementation of the app in our store:

1. I was able to find a way to reach my customers, and know that my message was being seen. With Push notifications, you know exactly how many customers get your message, and how many open them.

2. I was able to implement a comprehensive Loyalty Program for my business, that really started to drive and increase sales, without giving away discounts.

The benefits i realized with this product, was increase in customer satisfaction, the ability to have my marketing messages being seen, and my favorite - INCREASE IN SALES! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
