Implementation was a mess, due to an issue on their form, 5 of our sites were setup with fibre handoff, when the supplied firewalls don't have SFP. This issue is still outstanding.
I have no faith that any of the firewalls were setup securely as they still allow SSH remotely without MFA, and are running very old versions of fortiOS. But will not update them or let us manage them to keep them updated.
Their EDR and MDR services have no connection to each other and are extremely disjointed.
