Setting up new students is a breeze and the student portal is amazing - probably one of the best out in the market. It is actually a feature of my school that I actively promote how students can have a 'dojo in their pocket' to supplement their regular training.

I've first used Martialytics for over a decade now and even went to use another service for about a year before switching back. there are certainly some platforms that give greater reporting functionality but to be honest, it comes at a cost of end-user experience. Every function is an assest to running the club more smoothly and professionally. From the fee collection, to grading, to events, it all brings everything into one place. The price is very reasonable and offer what I am looking for Gruber's Karate to make it easier for the students as well as the instructor.

The owner's and sales team are very understanding as well as willing to help a small school out for a year to be able to afford it full price.

First, I didn't remember what I did to add people for the app. Once I sent a message out, they were quick to respond.

2 of the parents of my students weren't able to get onto the app because of forgot the password. Brad quickly to respond to inform me what to do so they could have access to the app again.

My students enjoys the check in process since it's only one step instead of 2 step process for check in.

We are not utilizing everything that they offer but at some point I will be. The main thing at this moment is the check in and the app for students to have videos to practice at home. What else I liked is when I promote someone then I click on the name of student and it updates right away to the next rank level requirements as well as the promotion date.

What is love the most is the pricing. Martialytics is truly a very effective tool. It definitely has more than I need and I love the pricing structure. I feel like it's the most fair on the market. It's not that I dislike it, but it would be great if the widget options was easier to use. Because of the java coding, it takes a little more advanced user to be able to load it onto the website. Martialytics gives a great overview over everything thats going on. The software has a clear structure and is easy to use. There are many things I love about Martialytics. A couple of my favorites are the QR code feature for new students to sign up, we have been able to become paperless as a dojo because the waivers have also been integrated! This saves us time and money! I also love the booking widget feature, I am able to add my class calendar to my website. The way I utilize this is by making our community events publishable by widget only and my student classes are portal only. I also love the simplicity of the software, you do not need to go to 20 different menus to find what you are looking for. Customer service is always spot on too!
